Is there and official ruling for this?

I have had more than 1 game devolve into frantic quoting of rules with NO clear answer...

If A is engaging B without B engaging A, is A "Engaged" ?

And today it's working 100% again....

Hey all

Does anyone know what needs to happen to get the web app to show GG2 rules?

I cleared caches, cookies etc and it was working.

Then, in the middle of a game the app's screen blanked out.

When I opened it again, I only had GG1.

I have not been able to get GG2 back on any of my web-based devices or browsers.

3 different computers, Windows & Mac. 6 Different browsers.

*Confused*
