I will be hosting a Rapid Growth League in Williams Lake at Adventure Games Inc from Nov 3-Dec 8th. There will be the standard 4 weeks of growth, but also an extra week of 50SS prior as a lead up to a separate Tourney Dec 9th. Those that participated in the League can earn achievements during the Tourney that count towards overall scoring. I will be awarding a crew to the top achiever, and there will be a painting award as well. Look at AGI's hobby page for the latest details. There will be a tourney at AGI in Williams Lake starting at 10:30 Mar 4th 2018. This will be a 35 SS crew box event. Bring all the members from one crew box, then add models/upgrades/keep SS until your total is 35 Soul Stones. There will be 3 rounds, 1.5 hour each. I picked up Claw and Fang a while back and Cojo came with a 40mm base. Is this considered a mispack, or is that simply the base size that he comes with and we have to buy a bigger base?

I will be running a Rapid Growth League at Adventure Games in Williams Lake during September. It will run Sept 2-29 (Saturdays-Fridays). The goal of this league is to promote Malifaux and encourage players to grow their forces from a starter crew into a full 50 Soulstone force. Each week (Saturday to Friday) your forces will grow and you will earn victories and achievements that will determine two winners. These two players will earn a Malifaux miniature. The first winner will be the player with the highest win percentage, as long as they have at least one match per week. The second winner will be the player with the highest number of achievement points. The rules are posted online in the AGI hobby group, as well as attached here. Gaining Grounds 2017 strategies and Schemes will be used in this league, however those that are still learning and just want to kill the other crew are welcome to do so. Everyone that participates will receive a prize. There will be a $5 entry fee to cover the costs of shipping for the prize support, left over funds will go towards future events. Anyone else want an alternate McMourning Crew - gender bent of course. I'm a nurse myself, and male at that. I'd like to see some concepts for male nurses, and please don't tell me to just use the orderlies out of the starter box. The rest of the box could look decent with all of the genders swapped, I'm imagining a take on Bride of Frankenstein for the construct and even the Chihuahua could be changed out for a feline of some kind. Thoughts?, Dave

If Myranda is sacrificed with her shapechange ability and the Jackalope has already died, can the Jackalope come back at the same time as Myranda becomes the new beast? As I read it, shapechange first summons a beast then the sacrifice happens. The jackalope comes back into play when a beast is killed or sacrificed, so the sacrifice would only trigger one summon. Our community is just starting up, most players are learning the basic rules and some have not even used schemes yet. I plan on eventually running a tourney every month or two, but most players are still working their way up to 50 points in models, so no tourney yet. I will post here any time we do schedule a tourney, but it may be a while.

Come down to Adventure Games in Williams Lake for demos. First demo will be Saturday June 17th. More Demos on the way. Once we get enough interest we will move on to organised play.
