  1. Thanks! I must say I am having a lot of fun painting this crew. After these are finished I will start add a Nurse, Crooked Men and I am hoping to get (the plastic) Papa Loco somewhere. Unfortunately it is looking as if the Drowned will not be released before the end of this year...
  2. Montressor and Guilty #2 are finished. I'm not too hapy with the electricity, might change this later on. Just JD and Guilty #3 to finish and I hope the other models I ordered for this crew will be arriving soon
  3. Tx for the replies. Hoping to finish the electric chair guy next. For now: Guilty 1 and Hanged 1
  4. The Guilty look far more troublesome to put together than they in fact are. There are some very small parts that you do not want to drop (mainly the electricity). The parts fit together remarkably well though some filling might be preferable to achive a truly seamless finish. I did mount the guy on the bed and the electric chair on a small stand to give them a less static pose by adding some angle. The Hanged made me sweat a lot more, the ropes are very thin and the rope on 1 of them consists of 2 parts. Connecting the two rope ends worked well but the connection is at best very fragile...
  5. Just started the Jack Daw tormented crew. Amazing miniatures! Assembly and basing done: I didn't know which one to start with so I let the cards decide. Lady Ligeia wasn't the one I would have started with if it hadn't been for faith, but I am more than happy with the way she turned out For the next model I let my 5 year old daughter pick one and she went for the Disected Guilty on the Cross *proud dad*
  6. Finished the Copycat Killer and Madam Sybelle. I will expand this crew later. I'll start on my Jack Daw crew tonight. And a group picture: As you may notice I've put Killjoy on a different base than I did at first. I wanted him to be more tied to this crew and the base I originally made for him didn't work in that aspect. I will be adding some dogs, a flesh construct and some dead doxies at a later moment.
  7. Finished Seamus The road sign is actually saying "leave or die"
  8. They are indeed very hard to attach to the base. For the left and right one I didn't remove the sprue from the feet, after painting them I used a sharp(!) hobby knife to carefully cut away the sprue leaving only a "pin" on each feet. I then drilled two holes in the base and inserted the miniature. If the would have been a little more fleshy on the anckels I would have pinned them with a 0.8mm drill. The middle one has no sprue attached to her feet so I glued a small round piece of plastic on one of her feet and the tip of her umbrella and inserted these in the drilled base. If she should fall or something like that she will surely come off. But I feel this was the best I could do.
