Great read, I think you missed a great point about making models more survivable with defensive stance. I have had situation where my discarding that ace and picking it right back up has saved me quite a few models in games.
Personally Eternal Hunger is a trap. I cannot think of a situation where you would take it over Rising Sun. You hand out and kill with brilliance with a Lynch crew, Huggy is bound to be coming right back in to the fray.

When you talked about the "Tempo" I cannot think of nothing more that just slows down an opponent as much as two Waldgeist giving your opponent the finger from your side of the board.

Well, Bengt the idea is to reward those who play the game and have painted models, separate painting/basing score doesn't' encourage players to paint.
-
How are would it be to come with all painted models? How many summons do you need and how hard would it be to paint them?
-
In organized play for Malifaux, should players get some type of bonus for a painted crew or not? For a 50SS game we are looking at 10 to 20 miniatures so it isn't that hard to come with a painted crew.

Today I talk to the UK's #1 Greg Piskosz about Lilith. Let us know what you think?
http://schemesandstones.podbean.com/e/episode-18-master-spotlight-lilith/Khyodee, you really should do Lynch, not just for 10T but for NB as well.

As I am new to the game I have focused a majority of my time on Lilith, and only now started to toss in Lynch in my games. I don't know if I agree with Greg with his whole 3 master set up. Anyone starting off should start off with one, then slowly add in another one once you start understanding how your master and the models you use work. I took a bit to listen to the podcast you mentioned above and it was brilliant in how well it went in to Lilith. Pick one and focus on that master, your opponents will start to learn you will only that that master and will build a crew perfectly structure to whoop your ass. Keep playing them trust me you want to learn this way, once you know how to deal with your masters worst opponents you are going to not fear them later down the road.

Most often used upgrades: Beckon Malifaux, Wicked Mistress, Wings of Darkness.
Beckon of Malifaux is pretty much an auto include with her, it's so damn good.

Should I get Nekima and the nephilim box to deal with the problem I am facing?
Yes, you need both of these box sets. Nekima is a beast and your opponent will focus on her until she is dead. The Nephilim box set is great because you can put together a grow list to play with.

Chompy dreamer is fun don't get me wrong, but it isn't summoning dreamer which is really good, and most of the way you will see people play him. Neverborn has a few other box sets that are really worth a shot, Lilith is a staple, Pandora isn't bad, Collodi is if you have the time and money for all the models he can bring in. And me personally I am all about Lynch at the moment.

I just bought in to the Dreamer box, wanting to go and start really giving him a try and the problem i am having is the lack of models. Dreamer synergies are with nightmares. So Teddy is a good one to grab, Widow Weaver is another. What you are really looking to pick up are like Insidious Madness, Lelu, Lilitu, and Stitched Together, the problem is there are no new plastic models for them. So you are kind of forced to find proxies for them until they come out.

The box is 35$ online and at that price you are getting two units you need Juju and Silirids.

As I know I am new to the game and I have only lost one game with Lynch, playing with a new crew I will address the "Not fun to play master" point. Big thing to remember with him is Lynch pulls shenanigans and that is part of what makes him fun to play. And most of the time you are just annoying your opponent with them. Ace in the Hole, is one of the most powerful tricks in the game with discarding cards for triggers. I have had games where I have had tots just own the board dropping scheme markers due to the ace of masks in my hand.
Bottom line if you are the player who doesn't like shenanigans card cycling (arguably Lynch is the best at it), then find another master. But this whole thread has been about oh how bad Lynch is where it should have been about the people who can't see the forest through the trees.

How did you pick your first master?

I looked at the box set for Lilith and it reminded me of a girl I once dated. Knew nothing of the game nothing of the rules just though that looks like so and so.
