Freikorps Allgemein

I am feeling pretty disgusting, considering I just picked up A&D and the Hanged at the same time. My only problem is how do I fit the Hanged in with Jack Daw well and where does A&D fit in with Von Schill, Viks, or Tara? I get the feeling based on others opinions, but I don't see them as OP as others I guess. What am I missing?

This came up and I have found nothing to guide us. If an opponent is denied attaining any VP and yet I had not yet attained any either, but I get wiped out entirely, is it a tie of 0-0 or does my opponent continue to play till the game is over?
