Thank you all for the great comments!
@Moetle Of course I won't take it negative! I'm still learning. Unfortunately I don't paint as much as I wanted so there are some obvious details still to learn.
The only base close to finish is Kirai's, the others are still incomplete. And i also have to paint the border black. Regarding that base and the dirt. What i was looking for was this: As snow melts or is stepped on it makes the ground muddy (http://bit.ly/1BgX6wu). So as Kirai is stepping the snow it dirties her clothes. She takes great care with her scissors but she is kind of a vagrant so she won't have many changes of clothes... So they get muddy. Maybe the legs should be more dirty I guess.
IKiryo is the spirit version of Kirai, so i guess I would keep the same tones in the clothes but more ghostly (whitish green) but since she is a representation of Kirai, i thought maybe I would maintain the looks (dirty). I admit..it's too muddy and i am thinking of glazing it with whitish green again to tone down the mud.
I am using the same kind of tones and tints in all the models. The greenish ones, whitish green, etc. The Seishin have that tint on the fur and that's why i painted the LL's hair white with those greenish tints also. His eyes also have green... maybe the photos are to blame also...
They won't be perfect, but it's a learning process.

Glad you like it

Last but not the least, the Seishin. Was really surprised on how much i loved to work on these. I thought " ok so on to paint the small stuff..:" How wrong was I, they were really cool to paint and i love them! I'm still thinking on how to give them a more green tint spirit look.
Bases still to finish.
Only the Onryo missing. They are in progress

Hey guys. I have been sharing my workings in painting my Kirai Crew in the Wyrd Facebook Group, but i thought this would also be a nice place to collect feedback, advice, etc.
I can then tell you all about my fluff behind my decisions.
Hope you like them.

Holy Death God... have been doing it all wrong... i thought Kirai ou LL needed LOS to the attacker...
-
Cool stuff guys! So many insights my head is spinning lol.
I've read somewhere that for Malevolence to trigger Kirai or Lost love must have LOS to the attacker, but the rule in itself doesn't state that... how come?
-
What other models are nice to summon from in a kirai crew? I have the construct for that purpose, because i feel that otherwise it will waste my already on the board units... But could i go without him?
-
and some drowned for summoning, they are incredible.
I miss to see why the drowned are incredible...
-
The kind of info you are giving me
That's what i was looking for, tricks synergies, etc
I forgot... i also have the flesh construct So i guess i'm on the right pass. I's still too newb to catch those sublte synergies and tricks.
And yes, Molly was on my next plans.
The thing i...the good stuff is so expensive i have to do hard choices.
I love Izamu and wanted to include in every Kirai list, but Datsue Ba is also costly and so are the hanged. Kirai can summon but having the wounds is tough as the opponent picks right on those new summons.
I can hardly seem to be able to fit Izamu, Datsue and Construct in a list and still have some room for scheme runners and upgrades.

Not necessarily help in that sense but musings. I usually face Guild.

Also
izamu
The hanged
and proxy shikome and gaki
... what good stuff can i make of them all ?
-
Your arguments convinced me... now to find some extra euros somewhere

I don't have interest in Seamus, but i don't know if i have interest in Sybelle or not. If i can live without her (playing kirai and molly) then i would not buy the red chappel box.
My doubt is if she's "necessary"
-
Is Sybelle good for Kirai? I have a similar thing in my mind.
I have Kirai and was thinking on buying the Molly crew and a box of Belles. Is Sybelle a must that would make it worth to buy the red chappel box?

WANT! QUICK!

Yes I agree, i didn't mean to imply that a formula exists for her activations, that would take the fun out of her, i just wanted to take a look at gameplay examples like: I"I activate a flesh construct first to makle a base for summoning taking care that he is at 6" blabla and the ctivating Kirai first let's me make a seshin wich helps me cast on blablabla" or "First turno i acivate Kirai first to make seishin but later in the game i activate last fo manipulative", "activate seishin earlier and run him because when i activate kirai and move her the seishin will be at 12" so i can swap him with izamu", etc. This kind of things, practical examples.
But i do know it depends on the situation. Just wanted general guidelines on things to look out for like: not activating kirai first because the crew is still far behind etc".

I recently got the crew box ad am thinking on how i can proxy to expand. Right now only have crew, izamu, and s way to proxy shikome.
I have read a bit of sinergies but, i admit i am still to play her, i wonder how is a proper activation sequence for her because her work distances are very strict 2", 6" and 12".
Does she activates first for the seishin but loses on the manipulative front? Should izamu stick close and activate first? Or advance first with spirits, flesh construct etc
What is a typical activations for you having those dstances in the back of your mind?
Cheers
