e.g. I'm about to paint up my leveticus crew and one of his upgrades - 'Pariah of iron' - allows hiring of any construct. How do I find a list of constructs? thanks, Bogzla

This situation came up in a game last night: Killjoy kills a model with Cleaver, entitling him to a healing flip After Killing (this is not a trigger). Bete Noire's Drawn to death ability allows her to unbury in base contact with the killed model before removing it from play. She has the decaying aura upgrade which prevents enemy models within 4" from healing. What we couldn't agree on, is whether Bete unburies as the model dies, and can prevent the healing flip, or if they happen simultaneously, which would defer to the timing rules on p46? On reflection this morning, the use of past tense (.. in base contact with the killed model..) suggests to me it's after death which would make them simultaneous abilities - so I may have answered my own question, but still interested in clarification! thanks.
