  1. step to step.

    1) Vulture use eyes and ears which allows Nico draw LoS and Rg through the Vulture with Ca actions.

    2) Nico is gonna cast Undead Crowing.

    3) He decides to draw LoS and Rg through the Vulture.

    4) The action don't need LoS and has no Rg.

    5) The effect is an aura around Nicodem.

The aura's range is not part of the Ca action. The aura is an effect from the Ca action, so Nico cannot draw the aura's Rg or LoS from the Vulture.
  2.

Undead Crowing can be cast through the Vulture

I don't think that is correct either.

Nicodem can draw LoS and range from the Vulture. Not the same that cast the action through it.

If you cast the action through a miniature and that action generates an aura, the aura would be generated by the miniature which you cast through, but that is not the case. I think this is where we disagree.

  3.

The Vulture allows you to measure LoS and Range for Ca action.  Auras are measured from 'a' model and not necessarily the model that casts it.  Undead Crowing is a Ca action meaning the Vulture can Cast it and so the Aura can be generated by, and measured from, the Vulture.

The Vulture don't cast the action in any moment. So he can't generate the aura.

I understand your point, Nico Cast the action using LoS and range from the Vulture, and you say that then the Vulture is generating the aura.

I don't think so, even if you use the LoS and range from the Vulture the Ca action is made by Nicodem and the aura should be on him and not the Vulture, but yep could be interpreted as you say in the way that it is write.

  4. Ok, I understand that you have to push it directly towards, (center to center), and if you push the model up to the other side of the base, you are pushing him away a bit.

But I don't think so, because once you are base to base with the model, the distance between them is 0", so you are not pushing the model away in any moment.

Maybe I'm overthinking, but make sense un muy head :)

  5. Hi! I'm Ace, from the Spanish scene. We organized this year for the first time our national championship. We have our own forum to talk about the game, so not much people from my country will read this, but I'll post it to see how many of them can participate in an event like this.

  6. Ook, so if the LoS pass through the same piece of terrain which is within 1" of the target, then the target has cover.

My comunity has being playing this different, and I think is better the way we played, but I'll try this as the oficial ruling.

  7. I'm reading the rule book.

The model gain the benefits of cover when any LoS between the models can be drawn through cover terrain that is within 1" of the target.

There is no LoS between A and B drawn through terrain that is within 1" of the target.

  8. I understand all the points in this issue.

If you think that reduce to 0 wounds is before killed, the problem is solved in the way you explained. I'm agree.

Reading faq and other moderator's answers in this forum make me think killed as an status that you get when you are at 0 wounds, and that is why reduce to 0 wounds and killed would get the same timing.

I think it is not trivial and need a clarification.

Once I am in this position about the timing question the rest of my argue is following the rules and we found complicated situations but not breaking any rule.

Said that, if this issue is not going to be FAQed, I would like a clarificatión about killed and its timing.
