"One More Question!"
Target gains Slow. If the target is engaged, it suffers 1/3/4 damage.
Drop It!: Enemy only. The target must place an enemy Scheme Marker into base contact with itself, in LoS of this model.
I read the trigger at enemy places a Nellie friendly scheme marker for n base contact with them. As such no particular use to Dash on generating enemy scheme markers. -

This is the inferring, because the rules doesn't say 'can't physically put', they say "do not physically fit in the specified location". The problem is not that Zipp can't fit in the specified location, the problem is that there is no specified location on the board.
"When unburying models, if the models do not physically fit in the specified location, they are placed in their controller’s Deployment Zone by the player who controls them."
This quote is literally a cut and paste from the pdf version of the rules manual. I've double checked it with the physical rules manual and physical big rule book.
I agree with you here, the rule doesn't strictly say that the Bayou Gremlin is required and that Zipp can't unbury if there's not. That does however not change the fact that the quoted part of the (un)bury rule doesn't apply to this situation. The two rules are separate and as written (read to the best of my ability) none of them specifically say how to resolve the situation.
Best way to resolve the situation is ask any Zipp players if they’re going to try to take advantage of this, before flip a card. If the answer is yes call the TO and don’t give ground during the discussion.

think the nico change is over the top, undertaker was needed but not the summoning.
sandeep changes I am happy with, although now I have to guess more what an arcanist opponent will bring instead of building for nico.
where are changes to nellie? as same reasoning behind sandeep effects her, shes is far and away the number one guild pick
Being the number one guild pick is hardly the greatest achievement in the game

Don’t think you can add the two damage sources, don’t see any justification for that.

Weren't pulses the way the Gremlins won UK masters (amongst other things)?
Lucas caught out Jamie with a surprise Zip Pere Ravage bomb crew build. I faced Lucas with the standard build Nico/Lampad build crew and beat it over the weekend at a 40 player 4 round event. The Zip build is very powerful but if you can weather the bomb what’s left is relatively easy to cope with.
Currently Nico has a significant advantage over most crews even the likes of Hamlin or Sandeep.

The main way I found it to be useful is that Turn 2 beat stick neutralization that can be a great use of an early an Asura activation. sticking a Q zone marker next to Howard and give him -4 walk/charge and Def is very disruptive if condition removal is not nearby.

Ruling from last years Nationals? Nobody cares, this is a thread about 2018 ITC. Want to discuss rules there is a sub forum for that.

For those that are only going for one day have you looked at parking in the area, if so any ideas?
Is there a day rate for the hotel car park? Have my company conference there and the area is brutal for parking otherwise.

Feel current format works fine and is the right scale for scene.
Wouldn’t have an issue with contributing to cost of venue, just because it’s invitational don’t see why masters shouldn’t pay there share.
open faction, I admire the tenacity of those that want to keep flogging that particular dead horse but no thanks.
