Hmmmm, would make sense. I assumed that the one by itself in the box was the strange one...but to be honest I clipped everything off and piled it all together before assembly. So it may have actually been the good one. Interesting use with the Wendigo. I'm also not a big fan of having the gunslinger dude be part of the actual Wendigo sculpt...but I'm not good enough with putty to sculpt hands and feet. I'm thinking of just painting the guy up like he's frozen....will make it faster than trying to paint him normal and would still fit well with the theme.

My gaming group is about to jump into Malifaux something fierce and a couple of them that went to Gencon picked me up a Rasputina Starter box. (Yay!) So I've started assembly of the kit and I've found I have a piece that doesn't seem to go anywhere. It looks similar to the big ice chunk on the Golem's right arm...should be noted that it wasn't part of any of the spruces in the box. It was just sitting in the box by itself. It has a female-end on the bottom of it so I'm assuming it is suppose to be attached to something. At first I thought maybe it was an alternative ice chunk for the golem except while it fits it doesn't align properly. I've heard that the new boxes are suppose to come with some assembly directions but mine didn't for some reason. I've gone over the golem at least a dozen times (99% sure the piece is suppose to be attached to him) and I can't for the life of me figure out where this piece goes. It is driving me slightly crazy because I don't want to start painting the model until I'm sure it is complete. Anyone else who may have gone to Gencon or gotten their box via online order have this issue? Or, even better, figure out where this thing goes? Would be much appreciated.
