I got a spare Von Schill model (bought 2 box sets) so I may be tempted to do some conversion work...

Hi all,
Does anyone know of a suitable tracked vehicle which looks like the Steamtrunk I could use as an alternative Hodgepodge Emissary in a Von Schill crew?

HI all,
Still struggling to choose a faction in Malifaux - I have a tendancy to go for Lawful Evil factions - what faction(s) would fall into Lawful Evil in Malifaux terms?

Awesome stuff

One of my regular opponents has now bought Kirai, and all those spirits being summoned is making it very difficult to keep Rasputina safe. Also recently came across the Viks, who were in my deployment zone very quickly and causing havoc in the back line. I have recently purchased Snow Storm, who should help things somewhat. I find shattered heart too valuable to not take.

Any idea of UK release date?

I have actually settled on Arcanists as my faction. I am playing exclusively as Rasputina at present, but I have all the Arcanist box sets except for Kaeris, and a metric of ton of mercs. I do feel I am better suited to Arcanists than Outcasts, and I am pretty satisfied with my choice at present. I am looking forward to trying out the Oxfordian Mages.

Loving the ice! For my wendigo I just made a green stuff mold of the other hand, let it dry and then made the new hand and chopped off and reattached the thumb.
I needed more Ice Gamin and a second Ice Golem never hurt anyone, so I thought I would treat myself!

I'm not familiar with that last model, it looks awesome in that grey scale scheme.
As Viruk mentioned, this is the Wendigo without the annoying human victim attached. Had to buy another Children of December box set to do it. I attached the hand, removed the thumb and stuck it on the other side of the hand itself, a bit of greenstuff and it was all done.

I have decided to concentrate specifically to developing a really comprehensive Rasputina crew, mainly due to time constraints on painting time, wargaming time and complete lack of actually being able to decide upon a faction!
Here are the miniatures I have already :
Arcanist - Rasputina, Ice Golem, Ice Gamin x 4, Wendigo, Metal Gamin x 2, Mechanical Rider, Cassandra, Steam Arachnid, Moleman, December Acolyte, Myranda, The Captain, Sabertooth Cerberus, Envy
Mercs - Convict Gunslinger, Taelor, Freikorps Librarian, Lazarus, Killjoy, Dr Grimwell, Aionus
Stuff I need to buy once released - Blessed of December, Snow Storm, Silent One x 2, Arcane Effigy, Ice Dancer, Arcane Emissary
Is there anything missing from the above list which would have use with a Rasputina Crew? I am still a relative Malifaux Noob.
I have all the Arcanist box sets, except for Kaeris, so I do have those miniatures if I need them.
Thanks for your help

Just looking at the Lovely Assistant (my poor eyes), I noticed that she is classed as a showgirl. However, what is the point in this, as she is Wong's totem, so to the best of my knowledge, she couldn't actually be taken in a Colette crew?

I have played most of my Malifaux games (10) with Rasputina. I am still learning, so I will probably stick to Rasputina, although the urge to switch crews in this game is nearly impossible to avoid.

Excellent advice for a noob like me - appreciated

All good points above from Adran.
I'd also look at how Rasputina is getting engaged by the enemy. Generally speaking it's difficult for you your opponent to get most things to a position where they can engage her. Managing this, and setting yourself up so you're able to punish anyone who tries it, can be as important as having an escape route.
Is there a particular situation where you're finding she's getting engaged?
my regular opponent uses Neverborn and lots of Nephilim.

Can anyone provide advice on keeping Rasputina out of combat, and if the worst happens, how do we get her out? Disengaging proved to be very difficult in my last game, and it was just inevitable that Rasputina would die. Sub zero saved me a few times, but not permanently.
