Steam had recently released their Linux platform that's what was causing all those updates recently. I just simply uninstalled Steam and keep it off until Valve sorts it out. We think what cause the problem was that there was a already existing corruption that didn't clause enough trouble to be notice not liking the new card. Well I've come across some balsa wood in my local hobby store that's cheap and I think it be prefect to use to make futuristic terrain. The idea I have for my table is to put together a town centre with a park and some shops and other buildings. The park is going to be unconventional as it be technically a building cause it has holowalls that will have a landscape on it. For some of the shops I was thinking of getting some Female Armature miniatures from Hasslefree Miniatures and use them as shop mannequins, also they be good practice with green stuff as I've never used it before.

Morning Steam. I've been playing catch up at the moment after all the hassle my computer has been giving me. Had to do a clean install of Windows the day before yesterday after it corrupted itself when the new graphics card got installed. Did all the updates yesterday and manage to do a week's worth of maths as well. 0.0

Well once I get a free moment I'm hoping to set up a DeviantArt account so I be able to share pictures of miniatures projects with you all. The terrain will probably be started in September at the latest. Well I'm off to bed, see you all in the morning.

No problem but you be waiting a while as I got to pay for my graphics card first then a carry case as I'm getting close to fielding my Ten Thunders.

Good luck with the paper. I probably order a Infinity rulebook once I get the bill for the graphics card. Right I need to go off and get some Uni work done as well.

I think I read some more of the fluff before deciding with who to go with, probably get one of the books. Which one do think would have the most fluff, the main rulebook, The Human Sphere, or Campaign Paradiso?

Cool, the other factions on my short list are; ALEPH (hacking war with Steam's Nomads), Ariadna Scots or French, and the Military Orders. In Malifaux news my Ten Thunders are coming along nicely. Got the majority of the miniatures in their base coats and have finally filled up all the gaps between Ototo's weapon blast and the resin base with liquid green stuff. It looks like Shang maybe the first one to be completed, I'm proud on how he's turning out with the orange base coat and the dabs of yellow. Just need to put washes on him and finish off the eyes and mouth.

Is Haqqislam a straight forward faction to play? They're on my short list for Infinity factions to start with.

Going well, did my first online test on Saturday. Won't found out the result until after tomorrow. Also my work hours are increasing slightly so I be able to pay off the graphics card more quickly. It hasn't arrived yet.

Not for me as I see HDF & MDF terrain as just a very large mini you need to paint. Came across a company that did both sci-fi and western terrain. I'm thinking of getting both and making a frontier town for Malifaux and with adding a few more buildings and ad signs turn it into a sci-fi frontier town. They're the same thing it's just when GW change their paint range the washes became shades. Haven't had enough coffee yet.

Washes are a god send. Really want to try out the Citadel glazes, just a shame they're only in four colours.

If I ever get my hands on some Forge Fathers I will be painting them in metallics, gold, sliver, and bronze. Cloth would be in medium colours of red, blue, and green.

Just quickly popping in to tell you guys that a Limited Edition Dark Vengeance box set has just arrive in my mail today and the best thing is I got it for just under the RRP.
