I did argue the topic to absurdity, though I didn't argue the opposite scenario, I just applied it to other fictional universes. I did use the words censorship and cancelled, the first time I used censorship, I did do it in a hyperbolic way, and meant too. As to cancelled, I could've said banned or "dmhed", but by your definition of cancelled would apply. As to the 2nd time I used censorship I stand by it.

My point was the characters are fine, horrible people, but fine characters in a fictional universe. Don't dmh them Wyrd.

So by that reasoning, anything that doesn't follow the progressive ideals of this society, (not the fictional society that the fictional character is part of), the Joker should be banned from Batman, for the fictional women beating of Harley Quinn, and the fictional rape of Batgirl. Murder is against our social standards, should we ban all fictional murderers too? Where does the censorship end. 

I mean why stop there, let's do the same thing to tv. Got to get rid of Homelander from "the Boys". Every episode of Law & Order: SVU? Maybe we should start looking at religious texts, Should we ban the bible for incest, rape, slavery and murder?

What makes these (fictional) characters horrifying, are the (fictional) horrible things they do. I find Sonnia and Rasputina to be just reprehensible for the (magical) slavery, and the cannibalism, should we cancel them as well?

If we follow your reasoning to it's logical conclusion we will end up playing "My little Pony, personally I won't be playing that game....

Please don't think of this as an attack on you personally, it is not. My liberal ideals, makes me hate censorship, especially speech I don't like or agree with. As an example, I despise fox news, but I don't want it silenced, because I would become what I despise. 

I understand what you're saying, and get it. The company also needs to understand that taking away fun and entertaining characters may also have existing players leave the game. My 20 yr old daughter plays maulifaux, she loves Seamus. So you want take her favorite master away, because it may offend somebody who doesn't even play the game. Is that what a company wants to do? Ostracize the existing player base, in the off chance it may offend someone who may or may not even spend a dime on it.

Just deleted and reinstalled again seems to be working now.

The app is definitely buggy can't see half the cards, did the same thing as op and same results.

Nah, it would have to be arena with stands, entrance ramp, boxing ring, and, of course, the gremlin announcers table would have to be destructible.....

I've been mainlining the Viks and Parker and find all 3 of our upgrade not worth the tax anymore. I would rather have the stones...

Yeah, I get it . I've been making Viks and Parker  since the beta. I've been playing since 1.5 and have multiple crews in several factions, but life keeps me from playing as much as I like. Thanks for sharing your perspective!

I was curious, for the reasoning. I've noticed most of your posts deal with Hamelin and why you chose bandits instead. 

I wanted to play Hamelin, but when I saw the encounter I wasn't sure how it was gonna perform, and I must admit I change my mind. 

Not gonna happen again. Also want to see how they perform.

What time does the tournament start?

Terrain looks pretty sparse, was it a factor?

The effigy, a rogue necromancy, night terrors, Asura Rotten, Archie, and the Forgotten Marshall, to name some that fit with what he has.

I would rather have a way to help, get "At Gunpoint" off, then turn them into fast-bots.

So is anyone getting any use out of these guys? In my Parker Crews I have yet to find a place for them, they compete with Bandido's for space (scheme runners/ hunters), and not as good at it. Has any one ever got a meaningful action out of "At Gunpoint", hell, even card? 

Then the anti- synergy of their grit ability, w/ At Gunpoint, and more broadly how Parker plays. Parker wants to use enemy markers, not feed them to Dead Outlaws to keep alive. 

Basically Dead Outlaws suck...

So how do we fix them?

My humble opinion, and the easiest option is build the tome into the shoot. It solves the problem of making At Gunpoint useful, provides fodder for their heal, and buffs bandits and tormented. Thus cementing there place in both crews.

The same, none of the games where beat downs. I just don't think you can judge how a crew operates, by playing once and calling it good, broken, or bad. I just played 4 games with the same crew, and happened to win them.

Haven't been powergaming, I have been testing the same crew in whatever, situation they find themselves. The one game of reckoning I played was against Hoffman, and they did remarkably well.

Nope, I have had 4 wins with this list. Haven't felt the need and I like to have some starting SS, for suits and what not.

You have everything you need to play. I like Parker, Doc, Emmisary, Mad Dog, Sue, 1 Convict Gunslinger, & 2 Bandido's w/5ss remaining.

A time on dead outlaws would be reason to bring them, otherwise they are just fast-bots for Jack Daw.

Got another Hoffman vs Parker game in! Great battle my crew bounced off of them, well except for Maddog. He lived up to his name taking at a good chunk of his crew, but I had to sacrifice Sue & the Convict Gunslinger to keep him free to do it. Stickup does very little against Hoffman's crew, so I just had Parker ping  models drop scheme markers, the damage allowed my minion to do search the ruins and plant explosives easily, and & Drop it fed my crew markers for fast. They did all the work for me scoring, while the rest of the crew distracted Hoffman's crew. So much fun!
