  1. For me the original question was born out of my slightly OCD desire for consistency. I've been playing mini games on and off for years and I like my armies/crews/warbands to look like a team and feel like a team. For them to look like a team this is mostly down to the paint jobs but as mentioned earlier in the thread, this also comes down to the sculpts aswell. If the proportions are vastly different then, for me, it detracts from the consistency. Also, the new plastics can have more dynamic poses, more top heavy stuff, etc so the new sculpts are going to make the metal ones look dated. Don't get me wrong here I love the existing metal stuff, I just don't really want to start on a new crew and invest loads of time into painting it if it's going to end up losing it's cohesive feel due to being half plastic and half metal. I'm sure Wyrd are stiving for this not to be the case but I feel it's inevitable if they are to maximise on the benefits of the new medium.
  2. Hi, I've had a nosy around the forums for a while and can't find an answer to this, apologies if it's already been answered. Are there plans to rerelease the existing Malifaux minis as plastics or just new ones? If so, what are the likely timescales, is there a roadmap for priorities (e.g. redo box sets first)? I guess that would mean digital resculpts so may take a while. Cheers, G.
