I have the through the breach kickstarter for sale. I have the fatemasters almanac, the fatemasters kit, the fated almanac, the limited edition hannah, and 2x of the multipose models (one unsealed but not cut out of the sprue or anything). The videos by oconlan on the second page of the vassal forum are all you need to really get the hang of the system. Estimating distance can be a bit tough but overall the interface is awesome and the videos really make everything simple.

It seems like it is probably an issue on your end. I have played 8 or so games and have had no problems what so ever except for when my ISP was having issues.
