Today, a few friends and I cracked open out Malifaux after a hot minute. We ran into a situation, that my search abilities is not specifically finding. If I Pine Box Misaki can she use her front of card ability to escape and essentially ignore the TN13 duel to become unburied? 

Is there a way to jump down without taking falling damage?

So I have some poker chips from events i participated in, in 2e. but i don't see the link to cash them in. Is that gone now? if so i'll use them as tokens. just wasn't sure?

Well hopefully it gets some more love soon. I am excited to see how it all goes and I hope it didnt just finish painting my Abyssinia for nothing lol.

I am just wondering if the lack of activity on TOS forums here due to no real interest in the game? or is the community at large for it just using some other medium for communicating?

Holy up, are you telling me I can run two masters on a table at a time? *mind blown*

If when building a crew, a Master or Henchman leader is counted as 0 for a cost. Why is there a cost associated with the Masters? My group and I feel like we are missing something, and are trying to make sure we are doing everything right.

Has there been any information about the  addition of the other factions featured in the back of the core book? Im really enjoying this game and I am very curious as to how the guild will work and operate in the Other side.

my search fu is weak i admit so if there is already information posted about it.  Please just point me in the right direction! 

I had left Malifaux and the Breach behind me as it seemed i never had the time to devote to it. 

Then i saw 3rd Ed sitting on the shelf at my local game shop....and Here I am with my  one way ticket to Malifaux City.. I should have never left!

And I won't again! 

Are my penny dreadfuls and various suppliments still good with the TTB second edition?

When they say a model will be released in August do they actually mean August or released in August a available in September?

Im confused, so take electrical creations to kill them and then make spiders out of them?  Is that what you are saying?

So, I've had a lot of recent activity here on the forums, as my enthusiasm has been rekindled for the game pretty hard. When I got back into Malifaux I wanted to do something different so I went with Arcanists and chose Ramos, now my collection has been growing steadily for the past couple of weeks. I have been feeling out different builds with him, as a friend told me that if i wanted to get a good grasp read the fluff and build based off that. So I did some reading and listened to everything from breachside. I've been lucky to get quiet a few games under my belt in the past 2 weeks. I would say roughly 9 games. I have been playing Ramos pretty steadily through all those games minus 2 games where I played Mei Feng.  My dilemma is that I feel like I am playing him wrong on some sense?

I was trying to make the most out of being unimpeded and well his theme to me seems to be taking spider robots. Am I doing this wrong? I know that the starter box comes with Howard Langston, but in my first couple of games I played with him, my opponent made a B line for him to kill him off quickly so I never really got much use out of him that's why I took him out of my list builds.  I feel like I am going at this the wrong way, but I was trying to really give the list a good run before I asked for help as many times it just takes practice to get a combination down. 

So could I get some advice? possibly some other sort of list builds that have worked for others in the past or that you currently use?

That is currently what I have to work with aside from the list I provided above as to what I am playing. IF possible please don't give me a whole new list where it uses nothing that I already own. I'm looking for advice with what I have currently, and maybe A (as in singular) purchase I could make to help in some capacity that i am missing.

So, looking at the smoke and mirrors box, I noticed that the doves are quite useful in a pinch. However they do cost a lot for a one time use. (I saw this as I normally play Ramos and can summon a 4ss) each turn if the cards are in my favor for free. So I am wondering is there a way or an upgrade that I haven't seen that allows the summoning of more Doves for Colette to use? I am guessing there isnt, but I am always hopeful.

I also noticed there are Showgirls that aren't in faction. Is there an upgrade that allows me to take any showgirls in my list? 

I should mention that no I don't have any list builder apps, and I only own Malifaux Book and the Crossroads book. So my ability to research is limited.
