I knew there would be some horsemen of the apocalypse in this round I like your choice of models and the paintjob great. I particularly like the white Fellbeast, haven't seen it painted in such colors and they really work. The terrain looks fantastic too.

The details on the bomb are very impressive, I like how you've added a touch of (black and twisted) humor there. Is it a Gremlin from the Easter rabbit or did you sculpt it yourself?
-
Nice story and some excellent brushwork too. I really like how the stalker looks with a gas mask.
-
What a great idea! I really like your take on the theme. The mural looks amazing. Great work on the shadow too.
-
Lovely work on the terrain, so many details in there! Very impressive. The painting is excellent too.
-
For some reason it made me think of Life of rian and the Latin sentence "Romani ite domum" Nice take on the theme
-
Can't really say much about the painting as the picture is so small. The terrain looks great and it nicely showcases these minis.
-
Fallout fits perfectly to the theme. Great idea and some lovely brushwork.

Lovely work on the armor, I've always enjoyed looking at the way you deal with this element. You had plenty of space to show off your skills on this mini and you've used that to your advantage. I don't really see how the model fits the theme though. Unless you interpret it as the end of the world to anyone who faces it Anyway, I hope to you get to the next round as I always enjoy seeing your work.

Brilliant idea and really impressive details there mate. I like the tongue-in-cheek approach you've taken here. It's definitely an entry that is very strong on the theme. You've also shown in it how skilled you are when it comes to making dioramas - the arrangement of all the bits you've created is great and the painting is exceptionally good too. And that light shining from the top - nice touch I'm really looking forward to seeing how the judges react to this entry

Snow in the bayou - either Raspy is taking a stroll in the neighborhood or it's really the end of the world

I've enjoyed watching the progress on this one since you showed the first picture. Great work on terrain and the paintjob on minis is exceptionally good. Theme is strong here too.
-
Definitely 5/5 for theme, I love the creativity here. The painting is very nice too, definitely one of my favorite entries in this year's competition.
-
It's a very nice diorama, full of dynamism and tension. Yet, it's really hard to say much about the paintjob - it looks completely different in the small picture with a close-up on the rib-spikes thingy as that picture was taken with completely different lighting setup.
-
Great us of Malifaux models, they all fit the theme perfectly. I really like the way you've incorporated zombies into the diorama. The way they crawl out to the Earth makes me think of good old school horror movies
-
Definitely a good choice of miniature as it goes really well with the theme. I just wish you'd done more to match the theme. Some extra terrain, more models, etc. It's a solid paintjob nonetheless.
-
Nice work on the cobblestones and how they end in the ruined terrain. The little demons are cute, I agree, but I don't really see how this entry fits the theme. Its a nice diorama though
-
And the rider of the Apocalypse comes forth... Very nice terrain and good paintjob on the model. It's funny but after painting this one for a few hours he can become really heavy - I painted this model a while ago too
-
Good choice of a miniature, Zombie Apocalypse fits in perfectly for this theme. I'd like to see more in round 2 - some zombies, little diorama etc. but it's a very good paintjob nonetheless.
-
Amazing piece, I really like the way you've used dark blue shades on the models and the earth around them. It contrasts so well with the "normal" environment. The paintjob on each of the models is impressive. put together they look fantastic.
-
Truly fantastic and inspiring work. You've perfectly caught the atmosphere of Dreamer going for a walk with his friends. It's amazing how well you've captured the way little buggers are having fun.
-
I'd love to see some twist here but it's a neat diorama with excellent brushwork anyway.
-
Gremlins were a popular choice in round 1 and they always seem to work well somehow
-
A fool wearing golden armor. Not the most inventive take on the theme but I guess it works. Nice paintjob too
Cthulhu Rises
in Round 2 - The End of the World, as we Know it.
