  1. Haven't seen eny tutorials about this, only suggestions how-to. One way that I remember is to take a photo of the to-be-painted model and turn it to grayscale. Downside of this method of course is that the photo is howing only one side of the model.

  2. Jack Daw as himself (old metal one), Candy petulant youth as ligeia, dead Death Marshalls as the guilty. Haven't put Montressor on the table yet but I have metal carver for that waiting for some paint on him.

  3. As above our games usually reach ht 3 at max. Few times had watchtowers, ht >3, with snipers and after that they have been impassable.

What Stuffedkiwi said sounds a good idea. Simulate a board, or a part of it, with paper and books or something similar. While using paper you could even draw dense/hazardous terrain there! It's not insirational to play on board like that but at least could try out some new things. I should actually ask friends to try this...

  4. Once again it's time to dust your Malifaux models and take your card deck from your drawer to test your might against other Malifaux players in Finland!

  5. I've only fielded Hannah once and as I remember, zFiend didn't like it. :) With librarian you have silly amount of healing and I used Ancient Tomes upgrade to bury things and walk over the marker. When models can't be unburied base-to-base with the said marker. they go to their deployment zone. Agains slow models that's a real game killer.

  6. Friend of mine also noted that it should have two circles in the middle. Bigger should have 15mm bigger radius which luckily isn't much. But needs reminder that one doesn't have to move within the circle.

Its missing standard and close deployment marks for clarity. Those are easy to measure and mark before/during the game. Marked only these two tricky ones. At the moment I'm planning to do another one.

  7. As others have said, problem with fixed table is thinking about deployment zones and strategies. My friend and I had nicely placed a building with inner yard in the center of the table playing Turf War. Problem was you could hug the outer walls and still be within 6" of the center.

If advertisement of ideas is allowed I'd like to shove this:

Plain canvas with sewn flank and corner deployment zones. The circle in the middle has 6 inches radius. Helps a little bit when placing terrain and you don't have to measure your or opponents deployment zones.
