I would probably avoid Sybelle in your 25ss, I've yet to see her be worth her salt, I think another Belle and 2ss would probably be more effective. OK you she allows you to activate everything together, but most of the time that leaves you at a disadvantage anyway.

I found it to be killer against the Freikorp. If you get the initative and are able to start luring before Von Schill gets his Wp bonuses up on his troops you can rock them.

I also noticed, I'm sure others have as well, the number for the cost or cache for Ressers and I'm sure others is in 28 days later font as opposed to Blood Crow.

Never mind, I found it buried in search. Thought I had read all the threads regarding fonts, but apparently missed one of them.

Is the font a custom? Or one out there on the net. Ran it through a font matcher, but those matched were not weathered, some were close though.

I ran The Red Chapel Gang against a Dreamer crew with two Teddy Bears Thursday night. I used 5 belles, Seamus, Sybelle and CCK. The whole time I felt I was losing and just had an utter sense of loss.

Once we did our point tally (we had to end at the end of turn 3 due to time) it turns out we had equal VP and I had lost only 3 points of models more than my opponent.

The only way I could see I was going to be able to get rid of the Bears was with Seamus' bag o'tricks' slit jugular. I just couldn't deal enough damage with my harlots to compensate for the big guy's Regeneration 2.

I think next time I'll take Bete and less of Seamus' girls.

Seamus reminds me of Dexter and this fits just perfect with that.

I started making one out of some scraps of balsa and popcicle sticks. Still trying to figure out the wheels, was hoping to do something spoked, but I think I will just have to cut something out of a piece of balsa.

That one wasn't too bad for me, I glued part of the parasol to her head. The other one, that is holding the parasol out in front of her, she kept tipping over and breaking it off the shaft. I cut a round piece of copper in half and green stuffed it to her base, that helped.

I am about ready to cut Sybelle's riding crop off and replace it with a piece of carbon fiber rod, debating trying to put the end of the crop back onto it or green stuff a new one.

Thanks for all the replies, a pack of young nephilims it is. I will check out the strata karn. She is only 11 so sometimes things like that are missed on her. But maybe if I tell her from the start this is what you have to do with them it will work.

Here's what I think. This is assuming you want to stick with Lilith, and is in order of priority;

My daughter has really gotten into Malifaux and really wants to start playing Neverborn. She wants to start with Lilith, as much as I'd love to fill out the list Rathnard posted, I have to be realistic with money for her start. I am looking at Lilith's Brood and a deck of cards for her to start off the game. If I were to get a pack of something to add to this crew what would get her the most bang for my buck? Nephelims or a totem?

I just finished the first of my necropunks. After looking at the photo and the card, I realized he has some hair peeking out from under the hood. Since I haven't clear coated yet, I'll put a little color to it.

I was working on this one when I realized he is missing an arm (email already sent to Wyrd).

Seamus is nearing completion (no photos yet of him), hopefully tomorrow.

I also would like to get one of the first necropunk where the camera is in better focus.

Over the past few days I have been assembling my minis, I have a necropunk 3 pack and the Red Chapel Gang. While painting one of my necropunks I realize he has only one arm. I double checked all my scraps and my bags and I don't have the piece.

Trying to come up with ideas to replace the arm. I am thinking a circular saw or a hook made out of green stuff.

Minis arrived yesterday. I started assembling them and played my first training game. We only did a 15 point game. Was a lot of fun.

Hopefully I can start painting them today.

Gutten Tag from one newbie to another! I just ordered Seamus and his gang. I'm hoping to have some Neverborn too.

After posting I ordered The Red Chapel Gang and the Necropunks pack. Going to start there.

While I enjoyed the Neverborns too I just kept comparing them to the Resurrectionists. The Guild I liked because I'm a huge fan of the Wild West and they have the gun slinger thing going for them. But again, The Resurrectionist won the day.

Can't wait to get started painting them.

A group of friends have started playing Malifaux and I plan on joining, but I can not make up my mind on where to start.

I am leaning towards Resurrectionist, starting with the Red Chapel Gang and a pack of the Necropunks.

I having also been considering The Neverborn, but then tonight I started reading about The Guild.

Aaaarugh! Too many choices.
