  1. Yeah, sure. Also when I actually have the new books in
  2. Whoops, no! I did it wrong. I worked out out for two individual Sheishin, Gaki and Shikome, not two clamshells of each! Real Price: £65.80 At £45.90 for the lot I would be financially bending myself over and performing an act previously believed to be physically impossible...
  3. I have seen some truly incredible miscasts before (from other companies I might add ). Like a blister containing an Ogre of some sort where it looked like the two halves of the mould were at least 4mm out of alignment. Basically, $$$$$$$$ happens Wyrd do deal with it all very well, though! They helped out perfectly when I found a Nino Ortega in my Ortegas box with a messed up face. All dealt with very professionally.
  4. @ Smokey616, yes that does include postage. @Swift, How's £45.90 for you...? And I can do the books at £22 inc. postage.
  5. Dang, sorry to hear that... Acetone's always worked ok with me...
  6. It's already in the price. So for the Redchapel Gang that's £28.72 in total.
  7. List updated with minor changes: Born on the Bayou box added!
  8. I know what you mean... I know one other player in my area and I haven't seen him in about 4 months. I need to get some demos on the go to entice folk, but I'm not long after weaning them away from 40k and I think their wallets are a bit nervous...
  9. I can provide some of those first hand, or was it trade you were looking for?
  10. I believe I can provide, dudemanbro... I'll work something out, but seems to me I can still easily provide the free totem!
  11. Hmm.... maybe i could work something else out as an incentive. Which of the factions were you after?
  12. I use my electric toothbrush with an old head I'll need to check out this simple green stuff; nail polish remover is cheap as anything (about £1 from Tesco) but can take a bit of elbow grease to really work it in sometimes...
  13. With an indie, anything's possible Would you like one?
  14. I always use cheap-ass nail polish remove and a good scrubbing.
  15. Ok, thanks to some input from various board members, and Regnak for directing me here in the first place , I came up with the following deal for those new to Malifaux, or if you just fancy trying a new faction: Buy a rules manual, crew box, and you get the crew's totem for free*! I have one of each of those listed below, all prices include to postage anywhere in the world. Manual + Pandora's Legion of sorrows + Poltergeist: £28.72 Manual + Seamus's Redchapel Gang + Copycat Killer: £28.72 - Currently being held for J4CK should he want it. Manual + Ramos's Steamfitters Union + Brass Arachnid: £30.22 Manual + Lilith's Brood + Cherub: £30.72 (SOLD) Manual + Sonia Creed's Witch Hunters + Purifying Flame: £28.72 Manual + Born on the Bayou + Young LaCroix: £37 Manual+ Hamelin the Plagues + Obedient Wretch: £34 All these items are first hand, pristine condition. Simply reply to the thread to stake your claim! Want anything else? I'm open to suggestions. As owner of the site www.shaekonnitgames.co.uk as per my Sig, I make regular orders to my supplier and can get in almost anything you like on request. *most of them are free, but some crews come with rather expensive Totems so I've just knocked a load off the price instead.
  16. Hah! Dunno how I missed it... Oh well, thanks for that! I'll get the deals worked out and sling them on.
  17. Thought I may as well ask, would anyone object if I actually conducted a bit of Malifaux business right here on the forums, in that I post what I have and if anyone wants it we'd conduct business VIA pm etc...? Other boards do have sections for trade but I haven't noticed one here so I thought it best if I ask first.
  18. Ok, due to feedback from zero, above, and others rather than doing the different international postage rates i'll just count it as a flat rate for everywhere. Eventually i'll remove the postage costs from the site entirely; the cost you see for an item shall include postage to anywhere, but will be the same as total costs right now.
  19. The Hotrod Herman remix of Rob Zombie's Dragula is much better than the original, I'd say. It's on the Matrix soundtrack anyway. Peter Andre and Katie "Jordan" Price singing A Whole New World from Aladdin is also an amazing cover, but for all the wrong reasons!
  20. @ghostwalker, man I wish I worked in your store... In ours the Black Crusade sucked. The manager didn't reply want to do anything special, so it was just regular games as usual, except now you had to write the results on a chart...
  21. Oh, man, just remembered another one! A couple of years ago i was playing the original Horus Heresy board game with some pals, with myself in control of the Imperial forces. The battle was very heated, massive casualties on both sides. It finally came down to the Emperor teleporting up to Horus's Battle Barge with whatever units were with him at the time. Just before they went up, I noticed a unit a few squares away from the Emperor which would really help... the Sky Fortress! So yes, the Sky Fortress drifted on over and was caught in the teleporter beam! Horus got the fright of his life when he was flexing his talons in eager anticipation of a final showdown with his father, when all of a sudden he was looking down the barrel of a bombardment cannon. Horus was atomized, and the Emperor survived! A rules technicality seemed to have saved the Imperium from 10,000 years of decay... until the Horus Heresy novels were published. Therein was a description of Horus's Battle Barge, the main hall of which was described as being able to fit a smaller Cruiser. As the Sky Fortress was smaller than a cruiser, my tactic was sound! The Emperor really missed a trick with that one!
  22. I had a sucky incident with Space Wolves but with the exact opposite problem you had. It was in a tournament and I was using my Marines army. Scenario was where I start off with just 2 squads to face off against the entire enemy force and the rest come on as reinforcements with the reserves rule. The Space Wolves were a mechanized army.... Anything that wasn't on a bike was in a rhino. I also had the worst reserves rolls ever. Ended up with my army advancing into this whirling mass of grey death one squad at a time. It was like the keystone cops vs the bikers from Hell. I could very much believe that'd be drivingng round in circles drinking bud!
