I tend to go a little overboard on basing and i have hit modeler's block trying to decide how to base jack daw's crew box

So I got jack daw and decided to get the crossroads 7 cause tormented, and I was wondering if anyone has tried running the crossroads 7 as an outcast crew and waht upgrades work well with them? Or if anyone has any guides to the crossroads 7 as a crew in general since the wiki does not have much in that regard.

I know it varies by game but on average how many do you need? Are there times you wouldn't take any? I really don't like the drawn an quartered one so hoping I would never need 3 lol

Okay so first things first, my silurid has a very basic paint scheme, base of administrum grey, then pastel green from valejo over that, then a wash of biel tan green and a dry brush back over with pastel. I felt like it needed bit of extra flare and I am trying to decide how best to proceed. I was thinking about taking Spanish moss so and glueing it on so it looks wet and raped across it and I was wondering the best way to achieve that. I was thinking just soaking it in realistic water then dropping it on and posing it while the realistic water dries(I was planning on gloss varnishing or painting realistic water on the silurid anyways to make it look wet. Basically even though seaweed isnt the proper word I wanted that covered in seaweed and muck look. Second, Since they are not out yet I am making my own stuffed piglets, you see two mostly finshed ones in this pick(sorry the black primer didnt come out well in the pic but essentially the one on the right has two boxes being worn like saddle bags filled with tnt bombs and firecrackers. The one on the left I cant decide if I should leave it as is and just paint it, or strap the pig to the rocket somehow. And finally I am hitting an idea block for that third one in the middle. My friend said I should drill a hole in his backside and literally stuff him with plasticard rods to make him look like an explosive stuffed turkey. I was thinking of going a slightly more subdued carrying lots of explosives on his back and carrying a plunger detonator in his mouth, but I was curious if the collective wyrd fanbase had any ideas?

So my league is almost over which means it is time to prepare for the next league. So far it is narrowed to neverborn and outcasts because i already own jack daw and zoraida. I try really hard to focus on just three masters so for neverborn it would be zoraida, lucius, and collodi. With lucius i would be focusing more on schemes and such rather the a face wrecking build and i probably wont get nephilim as the punch it in the face style was never thing. For outcasts it would be jack daw, levi(focusing on bone), and probably tara because after outcasts id go ressers next...if i have room in the house haha. And i am having a hard time deciding lol Any thoughts? Ps i really wish levi and jd counted as ressers the only resser i like is molly and would be getting her box so levi had crooligans and phillip lol

I more just want to make sure I am reading it right. So with poison for example say you have poison 5, does it do 5 damage then drop by one to poison 4? Or does it do one damage then drop to poison 4?

Would quality mah liquor be a good heal option for gracie or old major?

How many piglets does he realistically need? I have this insane plan to literally make each pig unique and themed(So far Cloud Piglet, pirate piglet, geisha piglet, samurai piglet, green lantern piglet, you get the idea) So I was wondering how many I will have to work with. second I was messing around trying to come up with a base ulix build and wondering if having both gracie and old major is overkill? So far I have Ulix with husbandry Penelope gracie old major with cornhusks and quality mash liquor two slop haulers and a wild boar. I figured a standard strategy would be to use the wild boar as an early game harrasser while ulix does his best nicodem impression.

So i really only plan to use piglets as summons for wong, sammy, and lenny. So i decided to make them wong themed. The standing piglet i walnted to make look kindof geisha like but i worry i would suck at green stuffing a robe. Does andyone have any ideas. So far i pkan to give it a fan, face paint, and a top knot (yay ogre kingdoms bitz)

Okay so I was ordering cards for my gremlins and trying to bring up everything to 10 cards(only needed three XD) oh well whatever I remembered I had a first edition colette crew(sans doves) well without doves I cant really run her crew but I know I can take performers in other factions lists etc so I decided to get some more, so I was wondering can coryphee, performers, and mannequins find a decent place in a collodi list? And side note I believe I heard performers are decent with zoraida is that true?

I was just wondering about ama no zako with outcasts in general and specifically jackdaw I was thinking about getting her and some crooked men as my first add on to jack daw. the wiki says she works well with jack daw but not much in the way of specifics. So I was looking for peoples opinions on how well she works. And also anyones opinions with her in other outcast crews as well. I know hanged and drowned are good with him but I figure wait and get them next month.

I was looking at my new bayou gremlins and had a thought. If reckoning is the strat but you have schemes involving markers. Would it be a valid strategy to take a horde of bayous with a few elite badasses. Rely on mostly the schemes for points then quickly sacrificing the baps with show off or dumbluck so that the opponent cant reliably complete reckoning? And aside from somer would anyone else be good at that? I was thinking mah lenny trixie and a horde of bayous.

Wasn't sure which faction this would belong in so. Which undead do you recommend that works well worth both molly, levi, and jack daw. Only two i really don't like are kill joy and yin. I know overlap between these three won't be perfect but trying to plan my purchases. Our local game store gets crew boxes regularly but noemal models generally need to be special ordered. Thinking about buying molly tonight for league points This will be a long time coming as i am doing gremlins this league

For this league I plan to only use painted models every game so that I can give bonus points and am curious how screwed I currently am, Ophelia;s crew box is painted, merris, one lighnting bug(could theoretically get another tonight maybe), Mah tucket, little lass, trixiebelle, and wong. sadly assistant is not done so wong is probably out doh it is 30ss I shouuuuld be fine but any tips for such a small game would be great

or is putrify more of a bonus? She would be in a mah or ophie list right now a league starts tomorrow and I only want to use painted and trying to decide if I should paint her tonight trying to decide between painting my lightnng bugs, buswackers, mancha, or sammy mah lass trixe and all of ophies crew is painted(including merris)

Since i plan to juggle outcasts and gremlins are there any good merc options for gremlins? especially for mah, wong, and ophie (maybe z at some point)

I was actually thinking of ordering a custom d4 from q workshop with each suit on it but i didnt know if they would even do that lol

Sadly i just don't like the yin and killjoy models are there any other good heavy hitter models for molly?

Yknow this is starting to feel like my stubborn way into resserectionists lol the only resser i like is molly thought jack daw might not have much carry over to molly i might get milege out of crooked men and drowned in all three groups.

Tried searching and couldn't find it. Basically how can you get more than two rams in a final duel total?

Speaking of hannah can her copying ability be used to dole out curses? And would rusty summoning aboms help jack daw as well?
