Do spirits get free breakaway when they move away from enemy models? And, can enemy model freely move away from a spirit or move through a spirit?

I need a quick clarification. Is Kirai's "In the Spirit World" spell a "for the remainer of the game" or "until the Closing Phase" effect? I have been playing like it's the former. But, the latter is the default duration of spells, right?

Do models have to be painted for this tournament? I picked up the Kirai starter box at GenCon and they are the only Malifaux models I own that are glued together. But they are not painted.

I'll be there too. I have a question about the "Use Soulstones" ability. Can it be given to summoned models?
