Heh. One of my storyteller co-players is still studying; once she's done, her title will be Master of Disaster .. 

Fate feels more like creating a story with friends than a bunch of guys desperately trying to murder their way through the opposition to get to the loot with dice =P

I Really love the Dresden Files / Fate core system. It's one of those systems you can explain to someone in five minutes, with crunch enough to be played pretty dice-rich, and enough story elements that it really supports a storytelling playstyle, at the same time ... 

I've been playing and running Earthdawn for ten years; I love it.

Their 5ed kickstarter Zooomed through sometime last year, and the new pdfs just went out to the kickstarters. 

It Does feel a tad .. dated, by now; kinda locked in the Discipline (aka class) system. 

Brilliant mechanics. And I love the idea that the character Knows what circle (aka level) they are, and what rank they have in their skills..

So This is the hangout when the chat is down? 

Crew building, my way: 

1: Take out all the pretty models.

2: Realize there'll be about 1000SS worth of models and 8 masters in the Crew. 

3: Try to decide on One master. Fail miserably.

4: Decide the best way is to select a few masters to Not play today. Put two masters back in the cabinet. 

5: Realize that didn't fix the problem. 

6: Mope a while.

7: Put all the minis back in the cabinet.

8: Sulk

9: Try with the Crew builder. 

10: Select a master I don't own, and a crew containing at least 5 I have not Completely unreasonable proxies for. An eldar ranger could do as a silent one, right? 

11: Give up

12: Play the list I played last time, being sad the whole game I didn't at least swap that newly painted mini in. 

Tapatalk would be great. I would love easier browsing .. 

Don't use chrome when printing. I get the same problem - the image is black, using a mixture of pngs and jpgs in Chrome under osx. This happens when printing to pdf too. 

Safari seems to work best, but scale to 95% to get to print it out in the right size on a4 paper on a hp 2600n. Firefox prints out too small.
