    agree. The last game I had I thought Moon Shinobi at 6SS were already weak compared to fermented river monk. This nerf just kills them for me

  2. I feel the bigger issue with Mah is half her crew just isn't good which makes rooster riders seem far better than they actually are. 

    Personally I don't like your idea as bushwhackers are already pretty good denial / anti scheme runners. If anything Mah needs more quick beaters to join her on the front which is what I use roosters for.

    I do think Obsidian Oni should be changed. Summoned with a 11:mask

    Then charges someone, uses flicker for 6:+flip attack with :+flip on 2/3/4 damage with chance of crit or burning. Then strikes again, again with flicker. Then explodes with :ToS-Pulse:2 giving 2 damage and 2 burning.

    I'm gonna do that as much as I can next game, to see if it's as crazy as it sounds.

    I can confirm that does really hurt.

  4. It also works against the very popular abilities like intimidating authority if the opponent wants to discard a card and....ummm.....Serene Countenance and...............manipulative if you don't want to wait for them to activate first

    While I think Sparks is a poorly designed model he is such a hard counter to armor / scrap heavy crews that he is worth it by lack of competition

    He's supposed to be the crew's scalpel killer, if he's not reliably hurting stuff then this crew has to go outside of Keyword for beaters - not in itself a problem, but I didn't find him out of control when I used him (a while back).

    Without the third bonus action he would definitely more manageable, but most of his attacks I found he was cheating pretty easily for straight or positives and then dropping my models.

    So I find when playing Brewmaster he is either poisoning and controlling your crew or doing damage and other things. I don't find many models can do both at the same time (only Brewmaster and Whiskey golem do both damage and poison without requiring a trigger or hitting higher than stat 4).

    -Brewmaster I feel hits like a truck and probably does too much damage. Imo his attack stats should drop to 5 and blood poison to 4. Blood poison 8 imo is just not fun espically just needing to tie the target to do full damage. Though with the change to poison I did like attacking stuff, letting them 3 poison damage and next turn just nuking them if still alive

    -Akaname: These models imo are broken with Asami and made pretty meh n Tri-chi. Brewmaster NEEDS a way to deal with their flicker.  When Knight used them against me a single Akaname nova'd and killed a 5SS model with 1 AP. In my game it used flicker once for a scrap so I could statr summoning and another time to try and defend against Grimwell and after that it couldn't do anything or risk killing itself. 

    -Crew felt squishy against an opponent with card draw

    -Moon Shinobi I feel are 100% outshined by Fermented River Monks. imo they could use more triggers on their attacks and their damage imo should really try to emphasive that severe damage with their drunken kung fu.

    -Not sure how I would have Dealt with Agent 46. I think his damage is on the strong side, but probably okay if my opponent didn't cheat :p maybe nerf his attack stat to 5 so not so oppressive? 

     

    Asylum

    -they seemed pretty weak. I was afraid of Grimshaw, but the rest were meh

    Revel in filth: During the end phase instead of taking damage from the Poison Condition and lowering condition by one, it may raise the condition by one.

    not many models in Tri-chi actually care if they are poisoned and can easily generate their own poison for Akaname to share.

    New Attack Action

    :ToS-Fast:Consuming a part of your world:  RG: :ToS-Pulse:4   Stat: 4   Rst: -   TN: 11

    All models must pass a TN11 Wp duel or remove all poison on the model. For every 2 poison removed this model may discard a flicker token.

    :crowIt's Going to Spew!: If this model has 2 or less flicker it may take A Foul Gift action

    change foul gift to

    Gain a flicker token. Place a scrap or corpse marker into base contact with this model. If this model has 2 or less flicker it may instead place a scheme marker. 

     

    This way both Brewmaster and Asami will need to be more careful and can't just use Akaname to spam scheme marker to easily do schemes, and Brewmaster crew will have a way to actually handle Akaname flicker.

    It was more if something had poison and was around brewie a dead model is better than a slow model. This was also before they buffed poison so I was using blood poison a lot to just kill models.

     

    In my latest game was kind of the same thing, most models with poison around brewmaster didn't last long enough for the slow aura to come up.

     

    Brewmaster can lure something 12", but unless I get the :crowtrigger or the model has WK > 5 or pulling the model out of position is extremely beneficial I feel better off just walking and beating stuff to death 70% of the time.

    the second question. dr grimwell's nimble allows you to take a walk action as a lightning bolt action. you can only do one of them per activation so how can he use the doctor's orders as well in the same turn?

    sorry i'm just finding trouble understanding those actions when i have looked at the cards and gone "wait, what?"

    1) I strongly believe RAI mimic is other models only, but it's a tactical action and doesn't actual say other model, so RAW you can use it to target yourself and mimic your own actions.

    It already has a 5+ toughness. Not sure I agree Asami is more card hungry than brewmaster. Tri-chi has a lot of stat 4 & 5 and doesn't get focus or + as easily as Oni does 🎰

  16. So yeah Asami supporting Akaname killed a 5SS model in 1activation: 

    Brewmaster supporting Akaname created 1 scrap and used flicker once defensively when attacked and then spent the game doing nothing

     

    There is just a slight power difference between Asami using them and Brewmaster. They are amazing models and now kind of okay support. Brewmster doesn't have the tools though to really use them and Asami will easily abuse them for easy VP
