Ahh ok. Eels could be a problem. Really need that rule book! On that note, a question: Do pinned tokens remove reinforcement tokens?

Still waiting on my KS stuff and the only rules I've seen was at the top of this year so this may have changed. (big grain of salt here) If your opponent has a low unit count wouldn't you be in a situation where the turn ends before you even get to start summoning new eels? Last time I saw the rules if an opponent is out activated, they would pass, then pass again to end the turn. Could be bad if they have only 6ish units when you're starting with 12 (and adding another with spawning moon right out of the gate)

Hi! Its been a while since I've looked at the rules for this and I got two questions: Currently the Allegiance cards specifically call out said Allegiance Units can flip to glory using the given ability. So this does not include allies pulled in using a dual commander? If yes to the first part, are there alternate ways to flip an ally unit to glory?

I was certainly imagining that! Its pretty good that it cannot though. Imagine if you managed to get two summons off of one Eel with all 3 coming back by Endless Numbers. Probably a bit OP.
Speaking of ridiculousness, did any of you catch that Thrace's description on the Kickstarter page said she was a Champion so could chuck wounds off on nearby units. I thought that was a Commander only ability. Was that a mistake or is that rule change? I'm all for our Eels getting secret service...

I've been checking out the updated cards for our mighty fish-bugs and noticed that our Champions are now listed as Squads. Does this mean the Egg and the Eel come back thanks to Endless Numbers?

Has anyone tried Hamlin the merc against Hamlin the Plagued?
I'm thinking that spamming irresistible dance on Nyx and any Ratcatcher within 12 would really screw up Hamlin the Plagued's day. Follow it up with Obeys or the Walk spell on the same targets to take them away from the rat hoards and you should be fairly solid when facing off against the rats.
Also if you can take out a ratcatcher, you have the opportunity to spam your own plague for 1 or 2 wounds to essentially wipe out most rats (that are not in voracious rats range) within 18.
Best part is almost all crews can take Hamlin as a merc.

I've tried this before and it can work! 3 Teddys means more lovin! Is your list at 40ss? If yes then the Teddys will effect your ss count and allow you to drop some Daydreams in.
I like Kade but I'd swap him out for more nightmares just to make objectives work better. I'd add some Alps for that reason and to slow down any counterstrike on your Teddy mob.

Ah, I like Collodi. He may not seem hard hitting but an activation with his Marionettes can be formidable just by a death of a thousand cuts. Still I have to agree that I'd like to see what will be added to his special forces before I start using him regularly.
Until then he is by far an excellent Killjoy delivery system...

So we got a mix of the old and
Can still only link one Sorrow to Pandora
So the new ruling just says "A model can be Linked to only one model at a time." I thought that meant that the sorrow may only link to one model at a time, not a model may only have one model linked to it at a time. Am I wrong here?

I was thinking about this and I remembered something,
Wierd rule on the idea of friendly models and obey he said this
"Correct.
The model that is Obeyed, is not friendly to any Crew during its (1) Action or Charge."

So you would not be able to use any of the massive dose spells since it has to target a friendly model, it would be cool but not useable in this way. Sad since i wanted to use this idea, oh well...

Still trying to poke holes in this since I have 3 eels coming my way so far ...
This might not be too bad if every faction has a good counter for this. As a hordes player I'd definitely pack Squall and pull the crawlers out of formation with Siren's Call. Not sure about the other factions but I think everyone but Hordes have some reliable area damage effects, yes? Could be bad before the eels get their reinforcement tokens.
On top of that isn't there a mission strategy where you gain vp by killing enemy units? I could imagine focus firing on each eel (even with a few RTs) until dead will give you at least one or two VPs a turn.
