Does Not Die applies every time it is killed. Remember what I stated earlier, that a model can only be activated a second time with Reactivate once per turn.

You can't kill him again can you? He's now in the state of not dying. He has no wounds for a start.

Incorrect. It remains in play with 1 Wd remaining as stated in Does Not Die.

The blasts are coming from a Magical source (her Weapon not the Spell), so yes you are correct.

there are other Abilities that provide movement that are not in the Action section... they don't have the (+1) modifier.

In the OP you asked if you used relentless to perform a specific action, could you use General AP to perform the same specific action.
