Answer 8: In a starter box set: Game board, Rulebook, enough puppets for 2 players, 2 decks of cards, Stat Cards, all needed tokens for 2 players. Then there will be 5 booster boxes as well at the same time to give you options or to expand to up to 6 players.

7) How much will dgraz have to sell one kidney for in order to purchase the entire first wave of releases at retail?

Answer 7: Prices aren't set in stone yet, but 40+ puppets plus all needed game materials should be around $200 retail. (you won't need that much to play, but if you're collecting... )

yep, it's basically been nothing but good for us, you, everyone! So we'll keep it as a company policy, that if we have something special at a convention, it's available online during the days of the convention...you just don't get the instant gratification

Answer 6: P-wars is far less "book" based than Malifaux, books are secondary to puppets.

4. How will the release schedule be organised, in relation to malifaux's monthly release followed by an expansion at Gencon - basically how often will we be getting a fix of puppets and (unless you view this as a seperate question) how big a dose?

Answer 5: In Waves, a few times a year with a larger number of Puppets at once.

Answer 2: Yes, 1 special early edition at Gencon 2011 (which may show up in a later wave eventually)

This isn't helpful, but I feel your pain. I've always had a problem getting any real discussion going on a local level as it seems like there just simply has never been a critical mass who will stay involved enough to keep the conversation going. It seems like regional boards tend to do better, but I do know some local boards do just fine. Just not in my experience
