It's like "Let's do it postmodernism way!"
I reversed the poem's plot and wrote my own based on it.
Well, English is not my national language, so there can be some mistakes. Sorry for that.
There was a crime, there was a death
Beyond the city docks.
Without reason or any sense
Man shot the albatross.
Crew’s trial can seems kind of mock,
But killer paid the cost.
The man was left on ocean rock
For hunted albatross.
Just water, water everywhere,
Not any drop to drink.
For weeks he stayed in nightmare
With single cruel think.
The dead watches the ocean sky,
Holds his crossbow across.
He wants to shoot just one more time
To kill the albatross.
