Rule says:
After an Attack Action succeeds against this model, discard a card to make target friendly Nightmare within (aura) 3 suffer the effects of the Action instead as if it had been the target, including Triggers.
Can the Nightmare that Dreamer passed the attack declare him own defensive trigger?
Mine opponent used Hooded Rider with upgrade that makes him a Nightmare and was reducing the attack with the masks.
I thought that only the attacker triggers are included in this wording so the nightmare suffers everything, not that all triggers are respected like the Nightmare was initial target.
Can anyone point a rule to clarify that? Thanks a lot
