Painkillers and doppelganger

So while a niche case, I was wondering what would happen in this situation:

Nurse gives doppelganger painkillers.

Doppelganger activates, copies juju's fist and intractable from enemy death marshal, and fights.

During turn, doppelganger takes all 8 wounds.

Painkillers means she can't die, but at the end of the turn, what happens?

I think painkillers wears off before intractable, so intractible prevents her from being sacrificed. Does she die from having 0 wounds right after that, or does she just sit at one wound until next turn?

Since Intractable negates the sacrifice, Massive Dose (Painkillers) is removed in the closing phase which then allows the Doppelganger to be killed. Since it is sitting at 0 Wd it immediately dies once Painkillers is gone.
