kingmarkov Posted October 6, 2023 Report Share Posted October 6, 2023 In the rules on conditions in the app it states that during opposed duels you can lower the focused condition by 1 but in the main rule book it simply states that when performing a duel you can lower the value by 1, I believe that means you can use focus even in a simple duel as stated on page 29 of the electronic rule book. Also it should be noted that both focused and distracted state they are cancelled by each other but it should be phrased as they reduce each other by 1 as stated on page 29 of the electronic rulebook.
