The Dreamer and Distract Scheme

I played a game the other day with my Dreamer crew. My opponent had Distract as scheme and managed to distract Dreamer. 

 

Is the Distracted Condition removed when The Dreamer buries with Release Nightmares?

 

Distracted: "No other action may remove this Condition"

Release Nightmares: "remove all Conditions on this model"

Yes, well, I am the lead designer. Everyone knows I'm the lead designer (well, mostly). And I know everyone knows I'm the lead designer.

 

So, even though officially my interpretations here carry no weight, people will take them that way. I understood that before I posted. So, basically, what I'm saying is that the whole debacle is my fault.

 

You are correct in that this (along with keeping everything in one place) is precisely why we lost rules marshals. So, it begs the question, why have I been acting like one? That's my bad. I knew better. But I had too much time on my hands.

 

For the answer to the question at hand, Lucidicide has the right of it.

 

In the mean time, I'll ease off the rules forum from now on like I have in past months.
