I was looking at this model as well a while back. But it looks like the last blossom box may be getting a resculpt, as there is new art for Misaki and the torokage, so I was going to wait and see rather than pick this model up.

Sweet Tooth already gave the quote, it's page 26 in the free digital rules, same section name.

There is also the 'drawn to brilliance' bonus action on the depleted, that was also on Kitty DuMont in the beta. It will speed these models up without using brilliance off of enemy models or the illuminated that can use it themselves.

The desolate engine has consume as well. Since consume ignores demise abilities, you could blackmail the desolate engine into consuming Levy.

Ana Lovelace has remote detonator which you should definitely use if you get the chance. It targets an undead friendly to her within 18", ignoring line of sight, and lets you push them 3". Then all models, friendly and enemy, within a pulse 2 must pass a TN 13 Mv duel or take 3 damage and injured +1. Then kill the target.

I don't think that's very likely. From a design point of view, access to these upgrades are a facet of McCabe's design, so access to them will be restricted to McCabe.

If you have a henchman or minions that grant access to McCabes upgrades, how do you balance that? You either have people playing that faction that have access to McCabes upgrades for taking an OOK model, impacting the design space for the whole faction, or you restrict that ability to only available if McCabe is the leader, which makes it tricky to price that model in terms of cost, and restricts its usefulness to other masters.

They were also covered in a Waldo's Weekly. I'm not sure how accurate the stats will be, but the art is nice.

No, or at least not so far. Mechanically it makes sense that there wouldn't be as it's a mechanic specific to McCabe.

Does that mean the art on 'The Darkness Beckons' upgrade could be the new Huggy?
