I love the color variety on the stone!

The golem probably has had better days! They all look sick of the rain, I feel that.

I love that it is still playable with the base. Amazing backdrop. The shine on the sword is smooth and stunning

The lit base is a cool touch.the flowers really stand out against the other colors, super fun

The water effects hanging off the model are fun! He is drippy

Froggy boi is just hanging in there! A cool take on the colors of this one

The raindrops are perfect! 🤩 the osl and the dark fabric and black horse are superb! I know this is anonymous but I would love a how to on Reva’s fabric 

The contrast you achieved from the waters highlights to everything else is amazing. Everything is so smooth 

This is so good! I love when a model makes me laugh! I was so focused on the leading lady and I almost missed the crab. The shell bra is exquisite 

I love the use of gloss to the parts meant to be wet.

The purple is such a good choice. It locks in the dreary atmosphere

I love all the colors this artist went for! It has a great cohesive feel and energy. The backdrop is just 👌. The painting is so clean and smooth. The pants with stripes are amazing. The only thing I would question is the amount of models in the diorama. The story it is portraying might be clearer with only 2-3 models. But overall outstanding!

Little guys just seeking shelter! Looks great!

For future reference, Japanese people never use kanji for ramen - it would be in hiragana or katakana - so it would look like this: ラーメン or らーめん *just for knowledge support - I've been living in Japan for the last 12 years and I've passed the highest level of the Japanese language proficiency test, so this isn't a random anime lover trying to drop knowledge *  I think the sign in the back says, "Village Tanuki", but the left radical on the first kanji is hard to make out. 

Anyway! This is a really great setup. The tree is amazing, the narrative is really funny with the placement. The paint job as well is stellar. All in all a great piece of work! Well done!

Thanks for setting me straight! I knew someone would be able to help with that. I’m going to repaint the writing soon. 
 

when I was painting it really was a moment of “Google take the wheel”! I can’t blame it all on Google as I also have bad handwriting! Lol! 
I really can’t even remember what it was supposed to say. I know ramen, tanuki, sake, maybe earth and strength?

Yep, the tree is made from two different gauges of wire wrapped together, then covered in filler that I textured. The flags are dried baby wipes with super glue on them (I don’t recommend this as they have a really funky chemical reaction).

Well I am not entirely sure what it says, but I painted whatever google said was “ramen”. Looking back on it. Sake would have been much better! 

This is like the best eye spy. Everywhere you look is another amazing detail!

This really captures that dark and gritty atmosphere. The OSL is so subtle and really well executed!

I am enjoying all of the different flowers in this one! The drips look great

I am a huge fan of the painted background! Overall great display!
