I was working with my diorama 4 days. I spent two evenings to build and paint a diorama. During the weekend I worked on monsters, and heroes.  The most time and patience cost me cutting off the miniatures from their original bases.  I was stupid, because the only thing you need is a little bit of hot water, and board game plastic becomes soft and easy to cut. Guess when I realized that?
