At the moment IMO outcast Misaki is meme-tier master, that does not synergize with outcast crews at all. Want a mobile assasination list- pick vicks, want a long living hardhitter- pick vonshil(lul) jack.

Wow, you are connecting points that are clearly not connected.
Both Sonnia and Sam are decent (in some way) workers of the guild. They work hard and have very little time to do anything with their personal space. Sonnia is kinda exalted character with allmighty godlike being locked inside her, she is also a hardworker and just self-contained a little bit. Sam is just a loyal operative and I'm sure that he was scared a little of actual Sonnia (before Cherufe was removed). Also there are so many warm notes in their talks during "ambush"(Rising powers) and thoughts of Sam in Latigo and The Inferno.
I would say that Sam loves Sonnia but their grim work Sonnias temper and disastrous confluence of circumstances will never let them be together. I hope that 5th book(with Sonnia on the cover) will focus their connection a little bit more)

Besides anything else I want to focus all pro-LGBTQ guys here on fact that there are almost no sexuality in the entire story for main characters(hetero or anything else). Such content will only make the story less intense. As I see it sexuality and sexual orientaition of characters are one of the weakest points in character development for decades( just look at all big guys like Marvel failing every time they introduce another love-story). There must be strong reason to focus on such relations between characters ( and I see why Kirai has such a cool story- because it's not like "She is straight and in love with a guy"). I don't mind if any character will be a gay person if only there is some actual story behind it and the whole plot will be depended on it.

P.S. There is a big problem in my country and in most Muslim countries I think: presenting gay character say on demo games may be a felony or just haram, causing legal issues and decreasing sales in the entire country.

I have tournament incoming this weekend and I want to show some epic plays. It will be new players-frendly event, so I don't want to go full retard and pick default Nelly lists. 
What I expect to use:

Nellie Beast bomb(it is also can be Double beast bomb with a peacekeeper or a Killjoy but I can't fit em in 35ss without making list comlete meme-tier)
Nellie(funds, embedded, delegation)+ bishop(debt)+franc(wade in, debt)+press+performer. What I exactly planning to do is: turn 2 Franc buffing Bishop, Then Nellie Hot Off Presses(teleporting Bishop to her current location, Propoganda on him, then gives Fast with heal.) Now opponent has an interesting sutuation with DF 8 WP 8 bully with 2 charges/ charge+flurry Mi 6 vs weakest stat and minimal damageline 4/5/6
I know that this is gimmicky as hell but I think it will be funny to any new player watching such Victorias type crazyness.

This list is definitely belongs to meme-tier and cannot be taken seriously. But it somehow can work and it's working with new players for sure) As you can guess you can BUILD A WALL 14' long and still can shoot through ignoring LOS and cover. Sometimes this 14 inches+ some big losblocking terrain can totaly isolate entire crew. I can see how this will confuse many players. It also might almost auto-win you some schemes as well. This free suicide bombers spawning on the side of your opponent are also pretty neat)

This is all I can imagine for now without turning lists into default power or unplayable trash 
If you have some nice ideas- share your funny combos and strats here and I will appreciate your response)

Maybe my statement was not accurate but now we have Phiona and totaly awesome Jury. So today there are no real niche for Hopkins that possibly existed in 2014-2015.
Thats why I beg for mercy for Sam) He is not awful, but in guild almost every henchman is pretty good and Sam looks sort of meh compared to them.

I would totaly LOVE some changes for Sam.
At this moment he is pretty much lost in time with all this shiny Judges, Phionas and Franciscos.
I would rather say "increase Cg and Sh range by 2 when targeting models with burning, (0)discard this upgrade to ..." 0ss upgrade will help.
He is a very good ranged beatstick, but he has one of the worst survival stats for this cost in the entire game AND pretty bad mobility too. And I get that this is his downside, but I still want to play this guy(

Its an unstoppable pain engine vs new player, that cannot figure out WTF is happening with that small guy bishop and that bulky peacekeeper. Usualy it ends up with losing all key models on turn 3)

Raptors are extremely mobile models with decent stats.
I see all the hype about how awesome they are but why take them if not for short change? Of course they can have some nice sinergy in Marcus but outside of it they cannot kill even descent scheme runner and everything they have is mobility.

Even more for only one more ss you can get a freakin Steam arachnid which is very mobile and far better protected, or effigy which is pretty mobile can support and still far better protected, or even a wind gamin which is about equaly protected and have much much larger impact ingame. 
Why take Raptors outside of Marcus crew?
