Hoffman new upgrade, Improved harness. Can some thing Ignor this rule?

1. Poison. 

2 Some other rule that says "may not reduce damage". 

3. Or "Smell Weakness: Until the end of the turn, enemy models within 6" which are targeted with an attack action lose Armor and Hard to Wound abillities and conditions for the duraction of the attack action"

4. Another rules?

But no( 1 faces have proviso.

Yes... Any way, it Means we need some inexpensive enforcer Fae. Now it's only one choice for Taproot.

I'm assuming you are asking can they carry the taproot upgrade, because they will obviously be able to benefit from it. 

Yes, we have correct text of Upgrade.

I won't to have other option to use Taproot, not only on Eashlin. Take Barbarros with this Upgrade, combo with Сhallenge and Behold my glory. 

But some one says they will be Fae just after diploy on table. At the moment of hiring they not Fae.

When Titania hired living model enforcer, it gain the Undead and Fea. Can I use Taproot on this model?
