After 20 odd games with parker my starting upgrades are:

Oathkeeper 

Highwayman or black market (depending on the scheme pool and if you want to start interacting turn 1)

Stick up

I normally discard stick up at the start of parker's first activation to effectively give him a free AP. I then normally attach hail of bullets,  crate of dynamite or just put stick up back on.

Move along, there is nothing to see hear.

Now back to painting more models for parker.

I bought two brotherhood of the rat boxes so I never run out of rats and generally get 2-3 rat kings without hiring them.

I find this style of build breaks "elite" lists by out activating and then luring key models in with Hamelin's pipes before hitting them with rat kings and numerous bleeding diseases etc.

I always start with 7 stones with Hamelin as I aim to summon 2 stolen per turn and create a rat king every turn.

From what I have experienced this style of crew doesn't work as well against other swarms but can at least compete with them due to the nature of the vermin tide and the way it re shapes itself and reforms as needed.

The models I have the least success with are rat kings who seem to be there often for nothing more than reactivating my rat kings.

I suggest picking up Kade for the additional lure and his amazing killing ability when surrounded by the swarm, Candy has also seen occasional use, I've failed to have any major success with crooligans but haven't used them enough to have a valid opinion.
I'm yet to pick up the winged plague but they look great in action (played against them once) and am yet to run the Nix dog pound gang but that is something else I'm toying with, I just don't know if Hamelin will be as effective when blight isn't abused.

Can you post up a sample list. I love the idea of running just the themed hamelin crew.

I have painted up bete niore as my first rotten harvest entry. Do you think the blood at the bottom of the model needs to be a lighter red?

Damn i wish i had thought of that. The scale issues of the model really bug me.

I am still waiting for my gencon order so I painted up a trapper for the outlaws.

I tried out weathering pigments for the first time on the base and am quite happy with it.

Does anyone know where to get small catci for the bases? I have the ones from the ghost town bases but they are a bit big to go every base.

While I wait for my Parker Barrows box to arrive I painted up an outlaw bishop. 

I am not 100% happy with the base.

TTB Hannah is just so much better than the regular version. Really love the color scheme you went with.

The stone faces are from micro arts studios.

I added guild autopsies and Dr Dufrense (to use as Rafkin) to my ressers. I changed the basing from green tiles and am much happier with it (now just to repaint 40 old bases).

Dr Dufrense. I think I went overboard with the blood and mud.

What models do people think would fit best thematically with Reva?

How long  does it normally take for the models to ship after gencon? I need to know how much longer i will have to wait  to get my hands on Reva.
