Say we have 2 Lucuis play against each other. Both have Legalese upgrade on them, which allow to turn enemy scheme marker into friends, when the game ends.
So what will happen, if they both end the game near the one marker?

I'd recommend you to get Doppelgänger, one of our greatest models

So I'm going to pick up the Dark Debts box to get some Illuminated, and a box of Beckoners. How about a Doppelganger? Seems like she can fit into any Neverborn crew.
Doppelgänger is definitely a must.
Copy lure, heed my voice, Tot's sprint... And being able to win initiative, every time you need it?
Yeah, she fits

You cant bypass Rare limit by summoning them.
So it's 3 DD max,

Just start next to him. It's fine.
You're not a summoner, so you really have no need for your high cards turn 1. Spend a high one and get huggy eating face from the get go. Best open ever.
Or if you take a beckoner you can always show her the door, then have her lure huggy while getting the auto push. Gets him closer. Obviously only works if you take a beckoner lol
Nice options, thanks!
I do generally Walk+Lure with Beckoner. And if I can push her beforehand, I could either double lure Huggy, or try to lure enemy, if he comes too close...That's great!

You can use Mr Graves to show huggy the door, easily getting him within his 9" charge threat range.
Yes, but walking to Huggy to show him the door... Sounds like waste of AP.
And activating near him requires you to pass Df14 duel. Not really nice way to start your turn

If you're playing neverborn you need a doppelganger. Hands down the best utility piece in the game. With Lynch brilliance isn't extremely important, it's iceing on your cake for your already good models. I also like Mr Graves he adds some extra mobility to the crew and isn't a bad beatstick.
The crew I tend to take when I'm not sure what I'll need is ;
Lynch w/ woke up with a hand, want to see a trick, and either the eternal hunger (if I guess a not too killy crew) or rising sun (for killy crews)
Hungering Darkness with fears given form and/or addict
Doppelganger with retribution's eye (or not if I guess a not fighty crew.
Mr. Graves
And a couple of illuminated and a Beckoner
Then I will fill out my crew with either tots or depleted depending on if I need markers or numbers.
I've had tons of fun with Lynch he's capable of dropping a bunch of burst damage in short order. For extra credit use the doppelganger to copy Huggy's obey and have their own crew wreck themselves.
How do you use Mr. Graves with Huggy, who has FGF upgrade? Do you have to walk to Huggy to push him?

Hmm I been talking to locals and I think I'll try Lynch and buy whichever master I enjoyed the best.
Seems very reasonable! I have heard it whispered that enjoying yourself might be main reason to play this game
This is so wrong...

Oh, the sound of rolling dice to me is music in the air, / 'cause I'm a gambling Boogie Man, although I don't play fair. / It's much more fun, I must confess, with lives on the line. / Not mine, of course, but yours, old boy, / now, that'll be just fine.
I believe this is relevant.
I knew he reminded me someone!

I've played against Ironsides with Lynch.
There were some luck flips involved (Like Ironsides failed Illuminated's Terrifying 10 duel, flipping Black Joker), but even without them it was pretty easy.
Mages are fragile, and if you get rid of them ( or at least of one of them, who has this annoying "no conditions" upgrade) it helps you a lot.
After all, we do hit harder than these arcanists.
-
They don't have to.
It's always the choice, read thoughts train or get a quick look on pmf page
-
Wrath should only be able to lead Neverborn crews.
No, he's not. He can declare any faction
-
Oh, I was wrong then.
Yep, it's cool then, if you manage to get at least one ace in your hand.
-
Wait what? You don't reshuffle your deck with wanna see a trick. You just shuffle the ace(s) in there
If I understood you right, and you meant reshuffle with discard pile
-
Read this not as "now you can and must declare the trigger", but "to use this Action you have to declare trigger"
-
To be honest, I didn't have a campaign experience, but I'd get a Doppelgänger, instead of one illuminated
-
Nope, you can't
-
Nice and easy. Thanks a lot!
And one more question. How do auras/pulses work in that regard?
-
Hello, guys!
How do we measure attack range, if, say, the target is on top of 4" building?
1. If we shoot the target, while standing on the ground level.
2. If we shoot target, while standing on the 2", 3" or 4" elevation?
3. Can we hit the target with melee attack, standing on the ground level?

To my mind, Lych does need an additional box of Beckoners to run well.
Plus, I really like Doppelganger with him, so that's +2 boxes to get.On the other hand, Pandora's box have enough stuff to start with.

The fun thing about "using a restoraunt only for a bathroom" analogue.
Surely, you don't come to a restoraunt just to use the bathroom. But on the other hand, nobody gets rid of the bathroom, if he expects people to spend time eating in his restoraunt.

Have you tried the other limited upgrade with doppelgänger for some heavy mind controls? I wonder if there's any point doing this

I was playing Lynch vs. McCabe.
And McCabe had Gatling Samurai in his crew. So...
Well, Doppel copied Heed My Voice (Huggy's Obey) and used it on Gatling Samurai two times (Tome's trigger for a free use)
There were tons of gatling shooting, resulted in one body dropped dead. And Samurai exploded twice, when he missed.
Then Doppel controlled Westrel and finished another Westrel.
So, in a single activation, Doppel killed 3 models.
