Yeah I figured it out.  Shoulder/arms go onto the back/head piece.  Then I ended up having to attach the sleeves, torso sides, and torso front all at the same time.  I tried twice to get them together separately and nothing lined up correctly in the next steps.  It was a pita, but I got it.  Thanks.

So I was lucky enough to get one of the pre-release Youko crews at Adepticon.  I want to get them ready for the 3E launch but I can't for the life of me figure out how Bill's torso goes together.  Is there anyone out there who has assembled one who can help me?

She has a nice piece of art in the book.  I was likewise disappointed that she didn't get an entry.  Ruleswise, if I had to guess, she'll be a Henchman who fits in theme more with Shenlong than anyone else.  She'll be able to hold her own in melee, if those claws are any indication.

What I want to know is what is her connection to Sukhon?  She had Sukhon's mask, but she could have used any mask if all she wanted to do was hide the mark of her order.

Knowing Wyrd, they'll release some kind of transparent plastic versions of Oni we already have so we end up buying a second box precisely for this purpose.

For A Stitch In Time, does that mean you can discard any non-Black Joker to give Hungering Darkness Fast?

Okay, I'm sold on the translucent purple Lynch box, mostly because Hungering Darkness looks great that way.  

I'm still fairly new to Malifaux, but one thing I've noticed is that Outcasts have access to a number of models with Disguised or something similar.  Since Misaki can get Disguised on an upgrade and also can bring Oiran (again, Disguised) with her, I want to make a list that is completely unchargeable.  It would gimmicky more than a viable strategy, but it seems fun to try.  I might include Killjoy as the only model without a charge-denying ability as you would never have to worry about him charging your own guys.  He'll only wreck your opponent's face, never yours.  When I start picking up Outcasts to use with Misaki, this will be the route I go.  

Are there pics somewhere of the Kaeris and Lynch boxes in their wacky colors?  I'd like to see them before I decide if/which one I'm going to purchase.

Edited to add that I seriously love that Dufresne model even though I don't play Rezzers.  Unfortunately, $300 is out of my league.

Noob question here.  If I use Chiaki's Memories Past ability to remove a condition from a model, is that the whole condition stack?  For example, would Burning +3 be completely removed, or does it merely drop down to Burning +2? 

The Shadow Emissary is up there under "Shadowy" Emissary.  Maybe just some editing is in order.

I tried two different browsers and I can't see it!  Is it the art from Shifting Loyalties?

A friend of mine picked up the starter set and we played through the first 4 scenarios (didn't have time for the fifth).  He hasn't played since 1E and I've been out of the loop since the beginning of 2E.  I found it to be an excellent refresher, though by the end I was itching for a larger game with different models.  For someone completely new to the game, it's probably perfect.

I want to thank Wyrd for making Gencon a major event in terms of releases/pre-releases.  That definitely brought my attention back to the game and made me excited to jump back in.  Good work!
