When i first saw your Santiago conversion, i wasn't sure how the hat would tie with the rest of the mini

Upon seeing him painted, that impression quickly vanished, and he does look amazing.

You are doing a very good job of enhancing the models while staying true to both them and your theme

If i may, i have a couple questions: where do the lampposts and crates come from, what do you mean by filling the gap with acrylics, and what type of resin did you use for the water ?

I really liked the article about writing a TTB adventure (and I don't even play TTB)

Very pleasing indeed; those metallics of yours are wonderful.

One thing I could see improved is the clothing, it looks a bit strange to have every edge highlighted with the same strength. Perhaps doing more 'general' light and shadows and then getting back to some folds for added light and contrasts would make for a more realistic result ?

Then again, the pictures are twice the size of the actual mini so it might be necessary IRL to have such strong highlights.

I recently discovered Malifaux, which prooved to be exactly what i was looking for in miniature games (Mordheim-like with great rules, great background and great minis, what's not to love)

So here I am now, lurking most of the time. I do plan on posting my paintings once I get to it (am reeeeally slow). My favorite masters are Tara, Doug, Hamelin and Zoraida, but I plan on getting a few others.
