My Fiance and I have been looking at starting a game. We are new to pen and paper RPG's and we both fell in love with the world of Malifaux. We are also having trouble getting a group together as well as finding a fatemaster. Both of us would be willing to be fatemaster after we were more familiar with playing the game.

Jacob Lynch is one of my favorite masters! I am pretty sure the skeleton is supposed to be "The Brilliance." If i recall correctly Lynch's background had Mr. Tannen and Mr. Graves help Lynch get out of financial troubles by fixing his casino the Honeypot. But as a trade off they stored the neverborn monster the brilliance in the basement. It says the brilliance attached to Lynch but couldn't control Lynch. I always assumed that the skeleton was the Brilliance because it has that aura which denotes the brilliances' influence in illustrations. I may be way off lol but thats how i personally took it
