Looks like a roleplayer's dream come true!
-
That's genius!

To be fair to Wyrd, whips for Cryx Satyxis Raiders can easily break off too. Maybe it's just an issue with whips in general.

Good stuff. Gotta give that Tamiya Clear Red a try sometime. By the way, that Poltergeist should be on a 50mm base.
-
Dragon Forge Cobblestone, I see. Good choice. Looks cool.

The Orphanage base inserts have a nice haunted house feel to them. They might not be the best thing for wiring LEDs into your models. I honestly wouldn't know for sure.
For my own Pandora crew, I'm considering either Kerr & King's Horror bases or Iron Halo's Eldritch bases.

Dreadpin's: Worst bowling alley in all of Malifaux! Just kidding. You got a great idea, so go for it!

some of these guys are pretty cool
Lady Fearless would make a good female Wastrel. Miss Understood, perhaps?
Also, the Wolsung Dogs as cuter Guild Hounds.
-
Circle Orboros Gallows Groves come to mind. You get two per box and they are some evil-looking trees.

Anecdotes like these are why I'm not buying any metal Malifaux stuff. At least, not until I can compare it to a plastic version, then decide which I prefer. Don't get me wrong, plenty of metal Malifaux models look great and assemble easily. I'm just trying to keep my options open so as not to regret any purchases.

The Witch Coven of Garghast could work as Waifs.

Since you're familiar with Khador models, maybe Zerkova would make a good 'Tina? Though I'd swear Sorscha and Rasputina were seperated at birth.
One theme that could be cool is to paint the golem and gamin to look like obsidian rock rather than ice. That would be really difficult to pull off effectively, but it could be interesting. Give 'Tina a black coat and the Wendigo black fur to tie them in with the others.
If you don't like the Wendigo's "victim", it should be fairly simple to make it look like it's vaulting over some kind of obstacle.

It retailed for $90 as a limited edition kit. It's entirely possible that more will be sold at a con or some other event, but don't count on it. You might as well get it while you can.
-
I second the glazing idea.
-
I hope those multi-part kits eventually become a general release. I missed my chance to pledge, so it'd be nice to see those kits in the shop someday.

One could do the reverse as well: Forward Kommander Rasputina!

Put a sombrero at Santiago's feet for hat dance action!

Perhaps, but what about this. If you combine metal gremlins with new plastic ones, some will have noses and some will not. Also what about Wong He's got a nose, are they going to redesign him even thou he's plastic? Unlikely, but then again he's a master now.
As I write this I suddenly remember that all wave one gremlins got pushed back (kind of) do you think there's a connection?
Obviously, they're all going in for rhinoplasty.

Alternatively, something like this bit could help: http://store.privateerpress.com/captmaxwellfinnarm.aspx

His unfinished hand could replaced with a hook or other makeshift prosthetic.

Belles just do the Lure thing, and not much else, but they do it really well. If their Lure got cuddled, they would change from an excellent one-trick model to a mediocre one-trick model.
-
Pretty sure the Neverborn use mutilated torsos marked "OURS".
-
They changed the SKUs for the ones with new cards, if that helps at all.

Gale Force Nine's Battlefield-in-a-Box terrain, is prepainted, durable, and very nice looking. They have woods, water, rock formations, ruins, crystals, etc. It's pricy stuff, but it's high quality.
