  1. At 40 points you might be better off scrapping Teddy and running 2 cheaper models like a Stitched Together and Insidious Madness.

    Just food for thought.

I tend to run a bunch of cheap fast models with her to get up on the schemes quick.

I take The Box Opens in almost every list, but don't overlook Fugue State, especially when you know what scenario you're playing.  Nothing is worse than having your objective runners/holders become insignificant.

  2. Have you tried to Lure models across the table once they activate?  My opponents hate it when I Lure twice with the beckoner, then Lure up to 3 more times with the Doppleganger, then feast with Huggy.

Doesn't always work out, but if they can see you then you can see them.

On a side note 50% of the board should be covered in terrain, this alone hurts shooting crews quite a bit.

  3. Kade was the first thing I dropped from her starter for a Stitched Together and an extra SS to push off damage.  Stitched helps out a ton with annoying gunline armies and he can hand out some massive damage from Gamble Your Life.

Look on the bright side, at least he isn't playing Nekima with Pandora yet!  ;)

  4. I'd take out an Insidious Madness, Fears Given Form, and Voices and replace them with a Doppleganger.

Neverborn plays a low model count 90% of the time, that's just how they work. They make up for it in killing and tricks though, so it evens out.

Just notice you need to take out Voices or The Box Opens anyway. You can only have 1 limited upgrade on her.

  5. Don't put it on the Doppleganger I made that mistake last game. I realized after that it was a 0 action to gain the extra suit not just a discard. I put it on her planning on using the extra suit for the Mimic trigger. Didn't work out so well.

I think Candy is a solid choice, but I haven't been running her in any crews lately.

  7. I think they changed Ramos too, but not sure. Like it was said, there were a few models that could reduce it to 0 making Pandora basically useless so it was added. Everything was fixed and it wasn't removed from the card.

She has so many good upgrades it's hard for me to take that one. I'm usually all about The Box Opens and Fugue State. Both amazing and expensive.

  8. Fears Given form is a totally different story with Pandora. I use it on her and Nekima every time I run them. Making them cheat away good cards with a Pandora crew is how she wins though.

I don't like addict that much, but I have a hard time setting up brilliance though. Maybe just my play style. I play Lynch really aggressive.

  9. So, is the poltergeist even useful with her? I don't see many people putting him in her list. Puke worm too?

    Just curious.

The Poltergeist is good if it stays with Pandora giving negative flips against her horror duels when you take "The Box Opens." Other than that I'm not super impressed with the final product. Poltergeist is still a bit pricey for the abilities, but good in certain situations.

  10. Illuminated are monsters against models without brilliance. I took a triple take when I saw how far they could charge and have a 2" MI range.

Granted I've though their cloud sucked from the very beginning of beta and fought to get it changed, but to no avail.

They are great tanks and damage dealers though, even without brilliance.

  11. So I was playing a game with McM, Sebastian, Flesh Construct, and filler the other day. I decided to start with FC on the board rather than summon him.

I quickly noticed that if he's within 8" of McM or Sebastian he loses a poison at the beginning an end of all of his turns. This makes his poison drop off pretty quick and screw his "regeneration" IMO.

Anyone else have this problem and have a simple solution other than "keep him more than 8"away?" It's pretty tough to keep him that far away from both models.

Perhaps this is just another drawback of playing a giant, dumb 6 SS tank?

  12. How do you beat Perdita and her boys? I got creamed by her twice today and just can't see how to get through all of that range and massive damage.

Between Sebastian, Bette, and cover you have a pretty good melee delivery system against range heavy lists. I still have a tough time cracking Rasputina though, she just hits too hard from across the whole board.

  13. McM and Lynch are my go to guys right now.

I agree with everything you say, but I still don't use nurses, I'm just not a huge fan.

    I usually run:

    McM

    Chihuahua

    Sebastian

    Bette

    Fleshy

    Dogs

    Crooked Men for ranged support.

The only person I've really had a problem beating was Dreamer and Chompy. Nothing in the list is living so I couldn't recycle my FC's into new ones. I still managed to Poison Bomb with Chihuahua and move Sebastian closer for the win. McM is really strong, players in the UK are going bonkers for him right now.
