Again, amazing job. I love the masks and the color scheme in general. I had a lot of difficulties to choose mine, and I'm still quiet unhappy with it. I'll try to steal some ideas even if I won't be able to paint something half as good as yours.
Keep sharing, it opens my eyes and mind!

beautiful models, I like your green fire and contrast between the french coat and the blue pants

Stunning scene, even my gf who's not a miniature enthusiast considers that like artwork (and nothing like what I try to do with my paints and brushes) you had my vote, bravo.

So if it can help, I'll show how I make my trees.
Ok I have 5 minutes to write it down feel free to ask questions if my english isn't good enough or the explanations clear enough!
I start with wires, the bigger for the trunk and main branch
So that one will be a big swampy tree for my board, so I used modeling compound (the cheap one for children, + I love that smell!)
The boring part: add many layer of wood glue to solidify your trunk and to blend the twisted wires together, I add some smaller branches with a smaller wires too.
Paint your tree, I used some grey, yellowish brown, brown and green.
Next, I decided to add some moss (crushed dried mint leaves) and lichens (real lichens) on one side of the trunk, since it's a wet environment. So I sneak into the bathroom while my gf was occupied elsewhere...
Then you need more detailed branches, I used a pack of roots from a dead tomato plant (I kept a lot of roots from last autumn) and started to glue them slowly around with a hot-glue gun.
This time I get caught in the bathroom!
Almost done! next part, I sprayed my tree with cement glue and hairspray and put some old dried lawn and sprayed again and again until its glued solid enough, and again with a varnish. I glued my tree on a CD and put a bark and some wood filing past (polyfilla here). Tada, the tree is done, I'll to work on his base this week to finish this little terrain.
