Hello, I'll be running Malifaux demos at Heaton Gaming Club, Newcastle Sunday 10th March. I've already got a small crowd coming down. Let me know if you'd like to join us. The demos will run from 4:00-8:00pm as part of a regular club night. At present we have a small but growing crowd of Malifaux players and plenty of new starters, so now is the perfect time to give the game a try if your in the North East and want to know what Malifaux is all about. The Club has it's gaming nights at Heaton Community Centre (address below). Once you've arrived at the Centre if your unsure of where to go, just ask at the bar (yes we have a bar!) and they'll point you in the right direction. Don't worry about it, you behaved like a gent the whole game. You we're just unfortuate that wp4 wastrals and stiched togethers don't mix. To be honest my hand first turn was horrible it was the two gamblers that got me most of my good cards. Lelu also had no buisness going on such a rampage. I did manage to continue the grand tradition of killing one of my own stiched though. Thanks for organising the event guys, was a great experience for my first Malifaux tournament. Can't believe I came 4th! John and I were hoping to not loose 1 game. Hopefully we'll be at the event in Harrogate in March. Greg

Hi, I've been playing Malifaux for a few months now and it's fast becoming my favourate game. Being fairly new to the game I've got a few questions I wouldn't mind a few of you more experienced players answering. Question 1: The twins I've just picked up the twins and I've read quite a bit about the amazing way they can both heal 4 wounds a turn though a combination of regen 2, twisted thoughts and same malignant force. I understand how Lelu's regen 2 would effect things through the link but I'm not sure how you would use thoughts twisted. If you use thoughts twisted on Lelu then due to the wording of same malignant force the 2 wounds wont pass over to Lilitu. Is it possible for Lilitu to target herself with thoughts twisted? I know the model casting a ranged spell cant target itself but does the fact that thoughts twisted is an ability get around this? Question 2: Creepy Fog If a stiched used Creepy Fog can a model with hunter see through it? I dont think it can because its an obscuring effect similar to Illusionary Forest so with hunter you can see up to 6" into it but not through no matter what the thickness but I wouldn't mind it being confirmed. Question 3: Paralysied Does a model that has been paralysied but is slow to die still make the (1) action before they have their last wound removed? I don't think they do but I couldn't find anything in the FAQ confirming it I may come up with more as time goes on but that's it for now. Thanks for reading Greg (Sir#67)
