  1. The only reason I believe it is a mistake is becuase the pistol in the Large Death Marshalls hand has also scaled with the rest of the model.  I do remember reading fluff about a giant one eyed DM, maybe it is based on him in some way but I don't remember reading about him carrying a cannon instead of a pistol ;)

  2. There are people on all sides of the fence on this one,

    • Some say they are meant to be that way i.e. "People aren't all the same height"
    • Some say that these huge are mistakes that need to be corrected
    • Some don't really care as while some of the minis are a little big its not a massive issue.

I fall under #3 personally.  While I like to see some variety in the size of my minis to represent the variation in peoples height etc.  I do think that all of the scaling issues are mistakes that have not been caught onto in the QA process.  I put this down to Wyrd still being relatively new in the plastic mini game and learning as they go.  Eventually they will have learnt from all the mistakes so far and will have a rigid QA process locked down that will catch these issues earlier in the future.

  3. You will not hear anything.  I have had a couple of similar experiences and after submitting the missing parts form I generally receive a replacement withing 3-4 weeks.

I all depends on your location of course.  It doesnt take as long to ship within the states as it does to ship to Australia.

  4. Excellent!  I was just about to start a thread asking about stripping paint from the new plastics but that has been done for me!

So, when you mean Fairy Power spray, do you mean soak the minis in it for a day or so, or simply spray them liberally and wipe off?

    Just checking!

I bought a bottle of FPS and poured it into a plastic lunch box.  I then submerged the mini in the FPS for about 30 minutes and then cleaned the paint off with a toothbrush at the sink.  Then I just rinsed the model under the tap and 99% of the paint & primer was removed.

As always with new techniques try it on an old mini that you don't care about first.  While I haven't had any problems I don't want your minis being ruined because of my advise :)
