Hi, thanks for replying dude
I agree, I think they should both just be actions, with no dodge maybe, limited to once per Animation (you don't get to attack as well as take an action by the way ).
It's how I played them in games as anything else just seemed wrong, and I guess as I'll be playing this game in a Vacuum (with my wife, or maybe with a couple of mates) it doesn't really matter so much as we can just house rule it. But it would be nice to know the intention
CSNTU, I think it seems worthless if you use it to control your own puppet and it gets an exhausted token or rip, why would you waste an animation and an action to do it?
So I think you're right, I'll play it as it doesn't apply an Exhausted token to the model it takes control of

Couple of questions I would like answered if possible, of which I guess they both centre around abilities.
I understand that abilities just happen and are always active as per thre rules, it makes sense.
However, I'm not totally clear as to how abilities that cost and have a target work, they sound a lot more like actions to me.
For example Razorspine Rattler's Chomp!
It costs a tome to get off, I assume like an action you get to flip a card and are able to cheat?
Does the target get to dodge?
Does the acting puppet get an exhausted token?
It just seems so powerful if there is no possible dodge, no exhausted token placed and assuming it's not an action, you can do multiple times per animation.
Same with the Cherub, but also while I'm at it, does the CSNTU target suffer from gaining exhausted tokens, and does it suffer a rip if it already has one when it goes off?
Thanks for looking, replying and reading.
(sorry if I'm mis-reading or have missed anything obvious)

Hi,
but all the cards on the PW-site are modified for the game play with the Unstiched rule book?
So this are not the old Version, but the new playtest versions?
As far as I understand, yes
-
I've got the Unstitched version minus Misaki.
Looking at purchasing the expansion and just using the rules on the site for the models
-
Prices dropped significantly.....
-
Has anyone made a PDF of the playtest cards? That seems like it would be useful.
I'm not that computer-ry-ist-ly minded, if anyone does though I'd be really grateful if shared as I want to buy the old expansion
-
Now put these on ebay internationally as 3 seperate crews
-
Hrmm, tempted to snag them for the office pick up games.

I have a large collection of Ressurectionists for saleAll in all there are 48 miniatures.SeamusSeamus Avatar (can now be used as an emmisary)Copycat KillerMollyNecrotic MachineNicodemGraveyard SpiritMcMourningZombie ChihuahuaCoverted Phillip and the NannyMadame SybelleSebastianRafkinMortimer2 Flesh constructs2 Nurses3 Guild AutopsiesRogue Necromancy4 Canine Remains1 Hanged2 CrooligansBete Noir3 Punk Zombies3 Crooked Men3 Rotten Belles2 Dead Doxies7 Mindless Zombies (5 are mantic games models)The standard of painting is quite good as you can hopefully see from the photos and these crews have won me numerous 'best painted' awards in the UK Malifaux tournament scene. Now this is a force that has seen a lot of play over the last couple of years or so, so expect the odd bit of wear and tear to be in effect, the odd small chip here and there (although I very recently touched them all up so should be close to nil as pictures suggest), the odd item/join that has been fixed, so maybe a touch of superglue can be seen, but should be very little.£420 including shipping to anywhere in the world. Will split the lot up to;Molly and Seamus crews (all stuff on the same style basing) £160McMourning ___________________"___________ £160Nicodem ______________________"___________ £160All including postage. All payable as a paypal gift to incur no charges.

Cheers for running Aiden, well ran, great food and great fun

Cheers fot the reply
It was mostly the cards that I was interested in being compatable, I'm not so hung up on scale even though the plastics are better sculpts.
I'll try and see if I can pull them off the site before buying any boosters
-
Hey guys, are the old metal boosters and cards compatible with the unstitched game?
Cheers
-
Round one looks the dodgy-ist scheme-wise, all the others I'm fine with
-
Surely this is the second malifaux tournament of the year at the outpost?
I'm sure there'll be a Squig or two at this one, I'll be trying to make it
-
It's about time I can possibly make one of your events again Dave (it's on a Sunday!)
Stick me down on the interested list please and I'll ask the rest of the Squigs too (Ben Halford)

Love I was the only person using Mei Feng AND Yan Lo
It's cool isn't it?
I kinda like being the only Molly player, but that's at most tournaments
Thanks for taking the time to do all the stats Chris and thanks for all the work you put into making the tournament awesome
Thanks to Josh too! #towelsout

I thought you all might be interested in this bit of number crunching. The average ranking position of all players in the Lilith League is 70.28. The average ranking position of all players in the Dreamer Division is 68.66.
So they're more or less as balanced as I can get them, rather than being a "group of death"
That's all just numbers, there is a group of death and I'm in it! haha
Sure nobody's moaning though anyway, I'm not (all feigned), I get 3 games of malifaux in an excellent venue that is brilliantly ran with excellent prize support, not bothered who's in my group!
Win:Win
Really looking forward to this

Not sure you will find a friendly squig.....
Not with an attitude like you won't!
Harsh... they are very friendly.
Its more punctuality that's the problem.
Yeh, when the persons house we are meeting at is the last one to turn up to his house, we're doomed!
Doubt I'll be at this one sadly, week after Vappa is probably pushing it.

Might be worth seeing if you could get a lift with John if it's on his way as he lives in Derby.
What area do you live?
-
The Ben Halford Five are;
Ben Halford
Ben Harris
Adam Hutchinson
Brooks Martin
Johnny Donaldson
Talk about world's worst boyband...
That's right
Rob - Have you moved yet or still in Derby?
-
I'll be bringing;
Love Letter
Zombie Dice
Dobble
Small World
Zombiciede
Ticket to ride
If there's not enough room for some of them it's no biggy.
Is the taproom just one room? Wondering about the possibility of a game of Two Rooms and a Boom.
Going by the name I'd say one room
Although I'm intrigued at what this game is.

Are we fancy dressing like GT's of old Mike?
If so, what day is that on?

Though choosing yourself is a little cheeky that is a good shout for Pool C, great results lately. Even if you do role over for your club mates ;-)
I've been beating all my club mates a lot more lately, apart from Graham, he's my bogey opponent
There was a few people I could of gone for in Pool C, but everyone I looked at I realised I had a fair chance of beating them from past experience

That's awesome, thanks dude, thought it was the case but nice to actually see it officially
Yeh the playtest stuff looks awesome, it'll be great if it does come out, but until then I'll be buyng the old metal puppets and using those cards soon, just need to find a way to print the cards so they look good
