Right. Companion is a two way street. When a model activates it can simultanous activate with any model that its companion(xyz) matches and with any model that has companion (xyz) that mtaches it.

To further clarify, you declare a companion then nominate which models are eligible to companion. So a model never activates first then declares a companion. Its all at the same time.

For the Treasure hunt. i tought that when you would do any other action then the move action you would drop the treasure. So you could'nt use flock to getter to get the other one in front.

That only applies if you change positon on the board. The night terror with the counter moves, flocks, then passes it.

Very thoughtfull post MSG. I have been the victim of your Lilith and Waldgeist pairing and I can say it is very nasty.

Waldgeist is relegated to the bench on the forums. Sad really. It's a usefull model that requires critical thinking and finesse to use well. Give it a shot Cadavr.

SoCal Malifaux has invaded another store. Come down to The Monstore located in Montclair CA for some demos and open gaming.

We plan on having a regular presence every weekend and Mondays. We plan on starting a slow grow acheivment league to get the ball rolling.

I love the setting. Like many here I have almost fifteen years of wargaming and Malifaux is easily the best game I have ever expierenced. Loving every minute of it.

My thought is you should read the rules manual. Sorry to sound harsh but far too much rules lawyering goes on already. Just read the manual and you will find your answer.
