Crew creator confusion - Leveticus & Jack Daw

I was trying to build a Leveticus crew on the crew creator and wanted to add in Jack Daw but it wouldn't let me. Am I missing a reason why ? Leveticus can hire undead and Jack Daw is undead I believe ? -

I voted for the McMourning crew, I like that it is bright and colourful without being primary colours. Its the one I'd be most interested in seeing up close.
